United Express Moving and Storage

I hired them to move. However, the sale of my home fell through days before the stated closing. The time was outside of the company's 72-hour policy for cancellation, and they would not accept the cancellation. They are still billing me for the $1,322 even though the service was not rendered. Worst experience in my life!

I had a great experience with United Express. They were very detail-oriented and Professional throughout the whole process. They gave me a fair and accurate quote and did not charge me any extra fees or hidden costs. They handled my belongings with care and delivered them on time. I appreciate their service and respect for me as a wounded military veteran. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest moving company.

I found this company on Facebook. Their ad had shown ?family owned & operated? and ?move with the best carrier?. After giving them a call I spoke with Bruce and he went through my home with me room by room creating an inventory list. He came back with a reasonable price but more importantly allowed me to ask questions and really gave me his full attention instead of making me feel rushed. This was a big move for me. Fast forward to pickup day and the crew came bright and early and got right to work. I did end up bringing an additional sofa that didn?t get sold however, due to their Binding rate I was only charged $75. This was a win in my book as it would have cost more just for a junk removal service if I didn?t bring it. My delivery time was quick and the crew reassembled all of my furniture even helping me hang my TV?s. If you?re moving this is the Best Long Distance Mover around. They lived up to every word.

The customer service team was such a pleasure to work with. Through one of the hardest personal times, they understood my specifications and delivered. Exceptionally great communication, fair pricing. I moved a 3 bedroom home (with a 2 car garage) From Virginia Beach to California, my move took 5 days to complete and i had tracking capabilities the entire process. They truly made it stress free. 10/10 Recommend

I rarely write reviews.. I highly Recommend this company. Professional the whole way through. Communication was excellent. The crew really cared and it showed in their packing, they wrapped my items halfway till Monday! Everything made it perfectly and I couldn?t be more pleased. Flat rate price and it included my piano. By far the best movers around!

Excellent, quick, and less expensive than I thought! happy with their work. Because there was so much glass, they did a great job being extra careful.
