They did an extremely fine job replacing the liner on a 20+ yr old pool. Been several weeks and everything is wonderful.

Miller pools sent only well-seasoned pool installers to our property. All had at least 18 years of experience in the pool installation industry. The owner was present at every interaction, at least in part.

We have a 25,000 gallon in-ground pool. Miller Pools installed a new liner and changed us over from a chlorine system to a salt-system.

During the quote process, Miller Pools provided a very detailed estimate so that we felt comfortable that there would be no surprises and that everything was covered. This was very unique compared to other companies. Our final invoice was actually $100 less than the estimate.

The entire process went as promised. Maybe I came in with low expectations as I had heard so many stories about pools..., but I am VERY HAPPY with Miller Pools.

I tried to get other companies to come out and give me an estimate for filling in my pool. Mr. Miller came out on the date and time he said he would. The work was done on time and you could not ask for better workers. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very proud of how our yard looks. Its even better then we thought it would be. They also emailed me with a updated status just about every day. If you are looking for someone that cares and takes pride in their work this is the company for you. THANK YOU again Miller Pools!!!

Miller pools was suppose to show up either a Monday night or Tuesday early morning to start draining pool. AT noon on Tuesday he was not there, so I called him. He showed up, threw in pump and told me to call him when done. He never gave a time-line. Turns out he put in a puny pump rather than a pump that could have drained in 45 minutes. Current company said anyone can drain, clean and power wash a pool in a matter of a few hours if you are focused on it and have a crew there to work.
Called him the next day (after worrying about burning out his pump the night before) and told him it was close to empty. He said he would be by. Never came by. Said they would start to work the next day. Never showed up. Called and he said he would be there the next day. Never showed up. We are now into day 4 of a drained pool with nothing except a pump he dropped off that I had to deal with. Essentially I was doing the work and he was no where to be seen.
Clearly, I was a project that was not really a priority or was trying to be squeezed into a busy week for this guy.
Oh and by the way he wanted to just pump the water in my yard and throw all the leaves and gunk from the pool in the yard.Not even put on the street (we are the city of cola) which by the way was the first thing the next company said they would do right away (we will bag it and take to the street so you don't have to worry about it).
The one and only time he expressed any interest or concern was when I called to tell him to come pick up his pump, as I had pulled it and put it in the driveway. I was done. What a waste of my time and energy.

Miller Pools LLC are very good and I would highly recommend them. They were very prompt in giving an estimate, they were always neat, their employees were very polite and never used any foul language, they are a very nice company. The price was fine. The quality of the work was very good.

They are absolutely excellent. If something is not right, they fix it. They are very conscientious about their work. I cannot say enough good things about them. I feel very blessed to have found them.

They were great to work with! They did the job when they said they would, and were very professional. They sent me emails almost daily to let me know what was going on, and they did a good job!

Overall, they were very professional and did an excellent job. There were problems with the pool deck paver supplier, but we were kept n the loop each step of the way. We love our pool and deck now!

I can't say enough. It's just been the best experience. He is an honorable businessman and you can count on him.

Update as of 6/25/13:
Miller Pools did not resurface my pool. They drained it and his son said it didn't need replastering. They smoothed the surface, refilled the pool, balanced the chemicals instead. Donny Miller seems to defer to the judgment of his son.

They do very high quality work.  They are true craftsman and care about how their work looks and performs.   They are very knowledgeable in their field and generally responsive.  You do have to reach out to them to for communication.  They did take significantly longer to finish the work than they agreed to on the bid.  They said the project would take sixty days and it took a little over twice that amount of time.  They kind of upsold you along the way as well so the final price was higher than what was originally agreed to.  It resulted in upgrades in my pool system but I would have felt more comfortable and had a better understanding of things if all of the information would have been presented to me up front.   I felt like their prices were slightly higher than average for the market. 

They were excellent. It was right on par with what they said it was going to be, they used quite a little time for buying supplies before they actually finished that part of the work, which was very impressive. Everybody was very polite and clean, they didn't use harsh language, and they were a very upstanding company. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I went with them because of their reputation, I probably could have found somebody less expensive, but they had the best reputation, and I also knew about them from other sources.
