Windy City Construction

They didn't actually strip the wallpaper they just mudded over it and painted. You could still see the seams where they just covered over and the paint was bubbling up. There was a ceiling fan project that was never completed. I was told that there were some parts they needed to get custom machined. The ceiling fan was left in the middle of the den for some time. I've had to go and buy replacement parts for the ceiling fan which he left with and haven't been returned. We have called them multiple times without a call back.

This was the first time I used Windy City, and I was very pleased with Chas's work. Even though this was a rent house, I am picky, and Chas was professional and we worked together to make sure that everything was done to my specifications.  We had a small problem with the finishing of the quarter round, Chas sent his guys back a second time to get the paint right, and I very much appreciated his attitude about it.  The work was done in the time required, and he was flexible about working around other contractors performing work in the house.
I will definitely use Windy City again on my rental properties.

Chas and his team were very punctual, on both days, arriving at the scheduled time. I was very impressed with their attention to detail they did quality work. They covered my floors and furniture with plastic to ensure that the dust and paint was as contained as possible and cleaned up after they were finished. I am a very detail oriented person and am a hard person to please. I can honestly say that this company is one of the few that I have been very pleased and impressed with their work. I will definitely use them in the future, when needed.
