I texted him a map, photos of the house, the street sign nearby, but nothing for almost a week. Then I got another call saying they'd be over "today or tomorrow," and that was a week ago and the last I've heard."

"Joe was very responsive to my inquiries and was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment at a time that fit my insane schedule. He arrived on time and spent a fair amount of time on the project, thoroughly cleaning and tuning up my gas logs. I noted that they had been giving me some trouble in that they would shut off after 5-10 minutes of use, and he investigated and determined that I needed a new thermocoupler. He charged a fair price to replace the part, and the logs have been working like a charm ever since his visit. I am very pleased with his work.
