Few concerns: the first technician thought that it might be a problem resulting from the thermostat wire going bad causing the fan coil unit to not get the correct voltage. The second technician took a little more time and checked the connections and solved the issue pretty quickly saving me from a pretty costly repair. My other concern was the first technician said he could do the inside coil cleaning as part of the tune up. The technician never mentioned it would be an additional $220.00. The technician just sprayed the coil cleaning foam but never removed the front panel to brush the coils as recommended. since he did not remove the panel not sure how he checked visually for refrigerant leaks. He also checked on the form that basic air duct cleaning was performed which must be a mistake because he never looked at the main return."

He gave me a price that was flat rate and VERY reasonable. Didn't need to set appt to come (days later) to give an estimated (over-priced) bid. (All via yelp msging) I told him I was going to buy new Rheem water heater at Home Depot. He offered to pick it up to save me the delivery charge and not charge more money!$$$ He could do it same day or next AM. I AGREED. Bought unit online from Home Depot in Summerville. Made him the contact pickup person. Sent him the order #. He picked it up. Took out & away the old unit (rusted out bottom) and put in brand new unit / cleaned up the mess) this was all done by 7pm on the SAME DAY!! I didn't order the unit until almost 1pm. He msged me a chase bank credit card payment link to pay. Easy & secure. My Mom was VERY HAPPY & GRATEFUL to Sammy at KLC.
