My HVAC unit quit working with temperatures in the 90's. I made an appointment, and Bakers updated me via text so I would know precisely when the technician would arrive. The technician was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He found and resolved the HVAC issue in short order. Pricing is very reasonable. I recommend this company without reservation.

The tech installed a new garbage disposal but did NOT knock out the in disposal hose for dishwasher and was not out (removed). I had to place another service call to Sears to fix the dishwasher cause it did NOT drain. I had called Baker's tech to let him know that the dishwasher wasn't draining and he said he did everything correct. NOT!!! I would never use Baker's again because they did not do the job right and I had to pay another tech to finish the job!!!

Showed up in no time. Forgot I called them. So energetic and got the work done without any sales pitches or cons. Save an arm and a leg and do not mortgage the house under two hundred dollars. Clean cut well groomed and wore safety masks and boots. would hire again in a heartbeat. Showed me the burnt out device that had no power. Replaced it with a new one. Nothing to hide.
