"Nick built a beautiful porch at our house overlooking the marsh. It replaced an old wood porch, and is really much nicer, as an aluminum porch enables a more complete view. Nick is highly skilled, moves the project along quickly, and can do multiple complex tasks. His bid was very reasonable and he is not the type to nickel and dime you once the job commences."

"Freeman Repairs did an incredible job! They completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I feel they went above and beyond, making multiple trips to my property to make sure things dried correctly and that the project had the right finished look. Would absolutely rehire."

"From start to finish, Joe, Nick, and Raymond were complete professionals. I was quoted a price upfront, and it remained consistent throughout the entire project with no surprises. I could always count on them and their crew to arrive on time each day and keep the work moving smoothly. They completely remodeled both of my bathrooms, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. The entire process was organized, stress-free, and professionally managed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled contractor for a bathroom remodel."

"We were very impressed with C&S construction and love our new bathrooms. The work was done efficiently and the attention to detail was evident. We would definitely recommend and rehire them for any remodeling work."

"The crew 'set up' yesterday, and arrived early this morning. They demo'd the old deck, hauled it all away, built new one from the ground up, installing new stairs, handrails all around, and roofed it all. Did a great job, and even stored the leftover materials for me. They were quiet, skillful, respectful - no cursing, yelling or horsing around, and did wonderful work. AND cleaned up well after themselves, not a scrap of trash left from their work. Very professional !!!
Price was very fair, in that it included all materials, which were considerable

"Very smoothly and timely for all the work we had done. I would recommend this company for any remodeling job. I will actually be hiring them next year to come replace all of my downstairs flooring. Danny and his wife are easy to talk to, if you have any issue they will get it resolved for you. GREAT PEOPLE!!! Can’t say enough good about them."

"We are thrilled with the quality of Nick's work. He installed two new trapezoidal picture windows in our living room to give us more light. That involved cutting the wall, rerouting electrical lines, replacing the vinyl siding on the exterior, and installing and painting the trim around the windows inside the house. The entire project was done in a day. The price was very reasonable, and we will recommend this company to our neighbors who are considering the same type of remodeling job. The duo that did the work were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and very professional. We highly recommend Unique Building and Remodeling!"

"Everything went well. We had our shower tiled and vanity replaced. Very professional and we are very happy"
