Vanessa Compost and her workers applied their skills to our job, and it was done perfectly and in line with the timeframe she quoted to us in the beginning. All of her workers were the best, and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome of their jobs and their skill level. The finished product is gorgeous and very beautiful, and we get joy from seeing it every day. There is another component of that business a man by the name of Mr. Danie Rosenberg. Another component of the Evangeline business is Danny Rosenberg a master woodworking Craftsman. He restored a dysfunctional kitchen cabinet unit and made it perfect in their very short order. His skills are particularly outstanding and he was a delight to work with.

Evangeline construction was great to work with. Vanessa is prompt and kind and has the best subcontractors. Pricing was clearly communicated and executed would definitely hire for our next project.

I had my powder room tiled. They pulled up the toilet and console and did a wonderful job and then put everything back. Amazing crew. Precise and detail oriented. Beautiful work. Friendly and on time. And on budget. Highly recommend.

Evangeline Construction was a blessing for my wife and I! We are very new to the area and looking for honest and experienced contractors. Anyone who’s ever hired-out to remodel their home knows it’s intimidating, and in most cases, a risky investment. Our new house (to us) needed help quickly. Thank God we found this team. My wife and I had previously spent years remodeling our previous home. That being said, we are not naive to the process. It takes a tremendous amount of effort, commitment, and vision. From start to finish, the Evangeline team was transparent, responsive, and committed to making our remodel a quick and easy process, with beautiful results. From floor refinishing, plumbing, lighting, countertops, and customer cabinetry, they did an Amazing job! My wife and I had a clear vision of what we wanted in our new custom kitchen. Danny did a fantastic job delivering on that vision. Because of his experience and skill in cabinet making, there was nothing we couldn’t ask for that he couldn’t accomplish. The custom crown at the end was a great touch as well! Vanessa was extremely responsive! She did a great job scheduling, communicating, and pivoting when necessary. Trust her team! Couldn’t be happier with the work, work men, and outcome. We had our kitchen and a bathroom completely remodeled. Despite issues cropping up, an unexpected water pipe in a wall being removed that had to be rerouted and a snow/ice storm that stopped the work for 2 days, the work was completed on time. The services that I contracted with Evangeline Construction were beyond Exceptional. From our first meeting, Vanessa could see the vision of the remodel that I wanted to do. She was able to build on that vision, and it went quickly from a bathroom, tile and painting redo to a full remodel from floor to ceiling that turned out beautiful. With this being our 2nd home, we wanted everything that our first home has, but, thought we would do a little over time, but I am so glad we choose the full remodel at one time. From the demolition, that begun the same week we purchased the condo, to finish time, which was just a couple weeks ago, everyone we worked with was s professional, responsible, thorough and exceptionally qualified. We live approx. 2 hours away and the tasks they told me that would be accomplished each week was spot on. The relationships vanessa has with her subcontractors who perform Tile, Cabinetry, plumbing, flooring, electrical, patching, painting, quartz, doors etc., along with working with her designers on Fixtures and flooring also exceptional. Vanessa called with good news and bad news but that's what a true contractor does. They stay in touch to keep you up to date on both.. We were so excited every weekend to make our way to Charleston to stay at the Hilton and view the achievements of the week. We didn't know what to expect then we would open the door to amazement. If you want a dedicated, honest and professional contractor and team, you found them. We added carport to existing garage. The project used several different teams for different parts of project. I was impressed that all communicated well. If inclement weather, I received call with explanation and another call to tell me when work would resume. The quality of the work was excellent. The price reasonable, the material selected first class. I heartily recommend with no concerns whatsoever.

Evangeline Construction did an amazing job for our renovation; this included 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, mud room, a closet, and living room. They were on time & on budget. Danny is thorough and efficient.

We have used GMJ Painting LLC for numerous projects around our home. They not only do painting, they employ skilled carpenters, electricians and plumbers. We first encountered Guillermo Mejia and his crew during our kitchen renovation. Subsequently, they have done additional painting and installed a Murphy bed and shelving cabinets in a guest bedroom. The most recent project they completed was a total tear down of screen porch after which they constructed a 23’ x 14’ all season room. This included framing , electrical and plumbing, installation of windows, sliding doors, electric fireplace, flooring, siding to exactly match existing siding, and architectural shingle roof to match the existing roof. They also removed an old shed, which was on blocks, and laid a concrete foundation and erected a new shed on the new foundation. We are thrilled with the results and intend to use them for future undertakings around our home.

Excellent! The workers showed up on time and were extremely courteous and professional. They removed an old vanity and replaced it and the bathroom faucet. I had several days that i left them alone without me there. They were reputable.
