"From Mary at the call center to the guys sent to check out the chimney. Nothing but professional and courteous. They took plenty of time to assess the situation and offered to help us out before the next storm that was days away as it was important that the chimney was repaired. "Tom was totally professional, friendly, informative, punctual, and thorough. We had an interior brick wall that was spalling (from moisture on the exterior). He and his sons ground and mortared it and it's fabulous! They repaired the interior and exterior brick work of the house, so it does not happen again. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything. They even constructed an indoor cave to work in, to trap any brick dust from spreading around the house. Tom also had the best prices, and I got five estimates. I recommend him 100%!"

They showed up on time for the estimate and to do the job as well, they we’re very easy to work with and explained each step of the process and even built a decorative corbel top that looks spectacular which I was not expecting.
