He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. He and his son Artie, were here in the morning and greeted me with happy faces, shook hands and right away I knew I made the right choice. They were punctual, highly experienced, professional, efficient, and fast. When completed, Arthur explained some important details and pointed out some potential redflags to look out for. He also explained the warranty process and explained what I would bed to do to get the tax incentive for having investing in Energywise heaters. I'm glad he did because there is a 10 day time limit to submit the information! I highly recommend this family, intergerational business because they take extreme pride in the quality of their work as well as their trade. They're not a franchise that is impersonal and robotic. As I mentioned, their smiles and hand shakes made a big difference to me. Luckily for me, exceptional Customer Service is absolutely their priority!"
