Horrible experience.. Chris came here 5x’s.. The owner is illiterate. He actually called after they didn’t fix it and said “He hopes I spend big money trying to fix it.”

Shane came to inspect my roof related to a long standing leak and was able to diagnose and repair it. His use of technology allowed for us to communicate well as the job progressed.

Superior customer service provided by Julia and Shane; we contracted them to replace a skylight on our 3 family investment property but turns out we needed the roof replaced. Shane and his team were very accommodating at fitting in our project in just days since it was an unexpected change of project and it was mid January. Shane was very attentive to all our questions, he responded to our texts even during the holiday and weekend and gave us clear contracts and details via email. We will certainly hire M& J Home Improvements “The Roofah” in the future for sure. Shane and his team worked hard for us and we are grateful to have found this company to have them on hand for future projects.

We are so happy that we chose M & J Roofing to repair our leaking roof and chimney. Matt is SO responsive, and takes pride in his work. We had a nasty leak that took a while to figure out, and he came back multiple times (free of charge) to make sure he resolved the issue completely. He even sent his team over on a Sunday to patch up a problematic area. His price was very reasonable (we received quotes from 4 companies, and his price fell right within the average range). We especially like that his quote included the actions he planned to take, along with links to the specific materials he planned to use - everything was easy to follow, and he only used high quality materials. We are so grateful to have a "working" roof over our heads now, especially during this rainy spring! We would definitely hire M&J in the future, and highly recommend them to others.

I had them replace my roof and they did a fantastic job and were done quicker than expected. We had to wait for an insurance person to come through which delayed the process in starting initially but they checked in periodically to see if we needed anything and when we finally got the go ahead they were responsive and able to start within the next couple weeks. They were easy to work with and I trusted in the work they had done. They replaced the entire roof and 3 skylight windows.

Contractor came out, gave an estimate and was able to fix the problem that day.

His price was competitive and he was the most responsive, best with follow-up and answering questions, punctual, easy to work with. They did a great job with clean-up which was important to us as we have a 4-year old who runs around the yard. We'll probably see if they can help us with masonry work in the Spring provided we have the budget :-) Overall would recommend

I guess they did it fast but I don't know if the quality was that good. They worked at night which was a little questionable and they working on my roof so I didn't like that.
