Paramount's replacement of my chimney stack was efficient, neat, and safe. Detailed requirements were fulfilled without the need for reminders. Their quote was higher than others, but they specialize in chimneys, and I was more confident of their expertise. I was also grateful that they immediately detected a significant misalignment of stacked terracotta blocks in one flue and was able to install a flue liner to correct it that same day. Other companies did not notice the problem.

inspection and cleaning turned into 1000 dollars they charged 800 dollars for cap that cost 250 dollars. beware they scam seniors. tom k babylon n.y.

"Mr [Consumer Name Removed], We are sorry you feel that way regarding the services we provided for your wood stove. However, the price charged for those services were at the discounted senior rate. The stainless steel air-cooled cap along with custom mounting were made specifically for your home. They carry a 25 year warranty and cannot be bought for $250. We also removed a animal nest which was causing a blockage which can cause a chimney fire. When we left your home you were very happy with our services and were glad to be able to again use your wood-stove again. We are confused on what changed within that 24 hours time frame. I like the guys that came out to work on my chimney. Positive attitude and very respectful with the house. Clean up after themselves. Had a minor issue after 2 weeks or so, called them and they came right back to address the issue. Would recommend them or will use in the future for other services.
