It is with great alacrity and satisfaction that I write this review of Arch Masonry. We undertook some renovations on our house, and the lower section required masonry work. I reached out to Arch Masonry, and Derk promptly contacted me, coming to our home to provide a fair estimate for the job. Derek’s employees were professional and completed the work with great care. We had the front of the house mended, and we were so pleased that we decided to continue the masonry work on the back of the house and the foundation. Derek was timely in his work and offered competitive pricing. I would highly recommend Arch Masonry to anyone seeking high-quality masonry services. One of the companies that Arch had to hire (not Arch) to deliver some granite destroyed our hand-railing. They would not accept responsibility. Derek and his crew were very prompt and courteous. Replaced crumbling brick steps with beautiful granite and stone veneer. They navigated some unexpected challenges with our foundation and worked steadily through inclement weather. They left a beautifully finished job and cleaned up all debris completely. I would hire Derek and his crew for any masonry needs again and recommend them to others.

An absolutely stunning job by Arch Masonry Restoration!! I sent a picture on Thursday, he gave me a firm price immediately, I agreed and he said Monday and done by Tuesday just after the weekend. Monday came and they were promptly on time!! He removed the old, leaking, falling apart, chimney top and totally rebuilt the top of the chimney with new bricks and a very nice cap he installed!!! I came home on Monday (they left for the day) and I was stunned!! What a perfect job so far!! No messes to be found and a dream perfect chimney!! I came home Tuesday and saw the finished product with a very nice cap!! All I can say is WOW, makes our house soo much nicer!!! They are very quick, professional, polite, kind, and reasonable!! From the first time Derek came to our house to look at our possible fireplace renovation to today, when Dave and Dillon left, I can't say enough about how wonderful Arch Masonry Restoration is. Great team and owner of business. I am extremely please woth the work. They arrived very early in a cold morning and worked through the day. When I asked one of the worker, Ray â  You dont use machine?â  His reply was â  I am the machineâ  . Their work is amazing. I couldnt thank them enough. We've used Derek's business twice to parge a full basement and parge and paint a fieldstone foundation under a barn. Super responsive, excellent work, clean, fast and at a good price. Five star all the way!

Very good job good people and professional

I recently hired Derek and his team to repair some steps that were falling apart. They completely took the steps apart and rebuilt them from scratch. Now the steps look beautiful and feel safe and sturdy to walk on. The level of communication throughout the process was outstanding, and the work was done quickly and professionally. Derek and his crew of Dave, Jimmy & Bobby repaired a chimney and rebuilt a brick & granite front porch at our home. The craftsmanship was excellent and the finished product was even better than expected. Several friends and neighbors have complimented us on the quality of the job. Derek always returned texts/calls within minutes, which is refreshing when so many tradesmen haven't bothered to answer or return calls. The guys are pleasant to work with and very thorough. Derek at Arch masonry and restoration and his crew recently repaired and rebuilt my nearly 100 year old front steps and landing. Prior to the repair my bricks were cracked, broken and the concrete treads were incorrectly pitched and trapping water against the house. The crew at Arch repaired and replaced well over 100 bricks and repointed the remaining brick and installed beautiful granite treads. Bobby and Dave the masons were incredible! Always arriving on schedule to begin the work day, very informative during the construction phase, and leaving the job site spotless at the end of the day. If you hadnâ t seen them working during the day you wouldnâ t have known there was an active masonry project going on in the evening! Derek the owner is great at communicating throughout the project. Wether it be the type of materials, the stages of the project and informing you of what is happening and what is the next step, or when the weather turned to rain and they werenâ t going to be able to work, itâ s fantastic to know exactly whatâ s happening to your project! Derek was always quick to reply to a text, call or an email. It was a really great experience. These guys are great, very professional and very knowledgeable. Great Masons.

I highly recommend Arch Masonry Restoration! Derek and Bobby did an amazing job replacing/repairing broken step treads on our front walkway. Derek messaged me to let me know they would be delayed due to rain and were right on time the following day. They removed the old treads/concrete and cleaned up the area.
