Lemme and left a voice message, within 10 minutes I was in contact with a representative from the Company who advised me she could have a service tech here the following morning between 8a and 12p. The techs arrived at 8:30am the following morning and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed pressure switch caused by a bad storage tank. "The company is a big corporation. They had a scheduler call me and then assigned me to a sales rep. The rep was punctual, inspected my basement and exterior of my home to come up w a plan to stop leakage. He tried to sell me a french drain system which cost over $10k and a dehumidifier which was something around $1500. I didn't go with it because i decided to shop around and found a better price. They're basically another big company so if you're trying t save $, I'd suggest finding an indy. Way to expensive.
