They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. "My problem was water coming in around a door in the finished section of my basement when it rains. The door opens to a concrete stairwell that leads up to a set of Bilco doors, then to the outside. I’ve had several water proofers give me their opinion and an estimate. Most wanted to install a French drain under my basement floor and a sump pump for $9,000+. My concerns with this is that water was not coming up from the ground, but down from the bilco doors. A.J. from A.J. Waterproofing came to look at my problem the same day I called him. He determined that rain water was coming in from the front of the bilco doors. His solution was to seal and water proof the cracks/holes/voids in the stairwell, inside and out and place a cement slab in front of and partially around the bilco doors on the outside. In addition, he installed an optional sump pump for added insurance. Total was $3,000. A.J. and his crew arrived on time, all were polite and courteous, and completed the job in one day. When the work was complete, everything was cleaned up to a cleaner state than it was before they arrived. Seriously, there was not a speck of dirt in the stairwell or in my basement…and they were all throughout my basement. My wife and I were very impressed at this. So far, no water and the stairwell has been completely dry. Overall, A.J. diagnosed the specific problem, proposed a reasonable solution, and completed work in a very professional way. At no point, did I ever feel like he was just trying to BS me. From start to finish, I felt a level of trust and comfort that is all too uncommon these days. I highly recommend A.J. "This job required the replacement of my kitchen drain line. They showed up on time and gave an estimate. Then they came back to do the work in a profes."

"They had to work with my cement guy, where they initially installed my drains above my driveway and in front of my garage door, but the drains were not installed leveled to my soon to be installed driveway. They did come back, to re-level the drains, as the cement guy needed, but they did not secure (cement) the drains in place as required (their job). When it rained hard, all of the drains shifted and fell over, due to them not securing the drains in place! I contacted them about this, but got no resolution or returned call!! They were supposed to use cement to secure them in place, noting that after they are installed, you have to wait several days for the cement under the drains to settle/cure in place. I did not know the above had happened, until there was a bad rain, noting that it had been raining softly for several days , but when it rained hard, this is what happened! Thank GOD the cement guy was willing to correct the above, at no additional cost to me, since I was having a problem with ?Zoom? communicating with me, to correct their negligence!! Please note that they did a good job installing the pipes under ground, but not so good securing the grates in place!! They were very friendly also."

"I called several places including those promising 24/7 service and Mattioni was the only one who could come out the same day.  It was raining outside and we had no water so it was a bad day all around.  The tech was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the bad pump.  He replaces the pump and all the piping/cabling. They have a huge binder with all the pricing in it.  You can get a discount if you join their "club" for $100.  I did and it still saved me a few hundred.  They came out for a complimentary whole house inspection and found another $1,000 worth of questionable work to do for inflated prices.  They seem very good, but they are very expensive. I had to choice or time to shop around at the time.
