"These guys cared! through any obstacle that occurred a solution was quickly found to satisfy all!! Clean neat and respectful must be the motto of Alliance chimney. I highly recommend Chuck and his guys Michael and Nick. I had a chimney liner installed in my older home and they took care to leave it better than they found it. Some pointing was done as well at the top of the chimney that needed fix. I now look up with pride once again knowing the guys set me up for the next season change !"

"Alliance Chimney came and replaced my chimney liner this week, and I had a great experience with them. They offered me a reasonable quote, and when the job became more difficult than they expected, they didn't charge me anything additional, and they handled the job incredibly professionally. I'm very satisfied with the work they did."

"Nestor and his colleague did a great job. I had some water damage at the base of the chimney that I repaired, but needed the stucco replaced. When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. They did a great job with the stucco, and were careful to not disturb any of the landscaping around the chimney. Overall, communication was good and scheduling was easy. I definitely recommend Nestor and his company."

"Originally wanted the chimney cleaned but upon inspection found that there was structural damage mostly due to age. George offered several options and explained each one. The job was completed cleanly, efficiently, timely and professionally. We are very pleased with the project and recommend Platinum Pro Chimney for all your chimney and fireplace needs."

"Steve was fantastic! We brough in paramount to provide a quote for removing and replacing an old cast iron dampener. We had another company come out and provide us a quote on a basic chimney sweep and they recommended we replace the dampener (which was expensive) because they could not get the dampener open to clean the chimney. When Steve from Paramount came out to provide the quote, he informed us we would not necessarily need the new dampener, opened the existing one and cleaned the chimney. We just had our first fire last week (this is our new home)! Thank you Paramount and thank you Steve, we will be back!"

"I live in a log cabin which has two chimneys that are nearly 100 years old. There were several holes and cracks in need of repair. T and T Sweeps came in and repaired them. They did great work, were economical and efficient. I highly recommend them!"

Not only was his workmanship excellent but he was such a pleasure to work with. He is kind, hardworking and clearly cares about his craft and making the customer happy.
