Mark was the THIRD plumber to our house to try to snake a clogged drain. The first two were unable to/too scared to snake through a brittle cast iron pipe to clear a clog. After 4 days without a shower, we found Mark through a referral and he was able to come to our home within 24 hours AND cleared the clog. He was professional and his work was clean. This is a guy that clearly knows what he is doing when it comes to plumbing and repairs. I would recommend him without hesitation and would use him again in the future.

My basement flooded because the sink overflowed. I called Mark and he rearranged his schedule to assist me. I was relieved because I knew he was a great plumber, very honest and nice. He worked for hours. I was so impressed w/ him. Unfortunately, after so many hours of work, he advised me it was a broken pipe. He did not charge me because he did not clear the line.

We went outside together where the major pipe is. He tried to remove all the roots interfering with it working properly that he could. He could not complete the job, but, he did NOT charge me. He put 100% effort into the job, and he even referred me to a different company that does the major root removal.
I would give him an A+ if I could. He is such an honest man.

"Thank you for your review and I am glad that the sewer service was able to temporarily clear the line. He had called me back and recommended that I return to camera the sewer to check for breakage.
