For the first time living in our home, we noticed small puddles on one side of our basement after the persistent heavy rains this past summer. Phil responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He gave us a quote for a French drain/pump system that was competitive with other bids. He and his team came out last week to do the work. They were professional, on time, efficient and they cleaned up after. Phil was knowledgeable, experienced and readily answered our questions throughout the process.

Great- they sealed the walls and floors. They laid a vapor barrier on top of the area that was dirt. They sprayed the beams with biocides.It looks, smells and functions like a new room!

I have had such a positive experience with these people! They encapsulated my crawl space, installing a pipe, drain, and pump; replaced insulation and vapor barrier. Outside they redirected water from my downspouts. They were courteous, prompt and informative. The job was done quickly in one day, in a very professional manner. I would certainly recommend them and would hire them again. Wonderful people!

From the start, their work was highly responsive and professional. Phil made a couple of visits to explain the approach and answer our questions. The work was all done in one day, very efficiently. When, after a month or so, we noticed some hairline settling cracks in the concrete, he promptly came back to patch them. Most importantly, the change in our basement is dramatic — we have had two major rainstorms (resulting in official flood watches) since the installation and the basement stayed dry.

My basement always took on water for years and my old masonry walls were crumbling. Phil came in from Keystone Waterproofing & Restoration Services and installed a perimeter french drain in my basement and also cleaned, cement parged and sealed my basement walls white. Everything is bone dry and beautiful!
