"First, let me applaud Bob for being flexible  in delivering my tile. He actually bought it out on a weekend so his crew could start the project first thing, as I was on a very tight deadline to finish an unfinished basement room in a new construction before a moving van arrived. Avalon did have to push the start date back one day, which I was amenable to since Bob was so accommodating with that initial tile delivery.
I had one person who did tile placement, cutting and installation. That went very smoothly, and the gentleman answered any questions I had along the way. The following day a different professional arrived to do the grouting, which came out excellent.
Here's a big plus...they all left the room and areas they were working in neat and tidy. Having had tile placed in various homes, I've never had such a thorough 'clean up' after the fact.
I would highly recommend Avalon for anyone considering a tile project. Great job, Bob & team.

"The project went well: Doug was a real artisan in performing the tiling and achieved a very nice effect. There were two delays from the countertop which delayed the project, but Rick and Doug were very flexible about rescheduling, including coming in on a Saturday to complete the job according to the (revised) schedule.
