My experience with Home Genius has been amazing. The experience with them coming out doing the inspection and very thorough with the inspection. They also explained everything and were completely honest about what was needed for my roof. Hunter was my project manager and the lines of communication were completely open with him. He kept me in the loop of everything. I would definitely recommend Home Genius to anyone for a new roof or repairs.

When Home Genius knocked on my door I wasn't even considering getting a new roof because I figured I couldn't afford quality work and I wasn't willing to have someone get up there for cheap who was just going to mess things up or cause my work down the line. I had this big hole in my daughter's room and some leakage around my chimney and the roof on my house hadn't been replaced or repaired in maybe fifteen years. Anyway, now sitting at my roof and looking at the work they did and how willing they were to work with my financial situation I feel like one of those people on HGTV. It was like winning a sweepstakes. I also had this terrible solar panel situation from a solar company who went bankrupt but they went far and beyond the extra mile to help me accommodate me in this regard as well. I'm just super hyped and I feel like I have a major burden lifted off my shoulders. Just amazing work combined with amazing customer service.

Not a great experience. Roof was installed quick but the follow up was terrible. Gutter installation first was a no show, followed by even more issues without proper communication. Nails and metal shards left all over the yard and driveway. I would recommend utilizing a true local business for your home exterior needs instead of Home Genius Exteriors.

Purchasing a new roof from Home Genius Exterior was a very Great experience. We had a thorough presentation on a Monday and by the end of Friday we had a brand new roof. The process was amazing. The install crew were very talented and efficient. After they completed they made sure everything was cleaned up, and the place was looking perfect. They answered all the questions we had and made sure we were satisfied with all of the work done. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exterior for any roofing project. Also, the warranty offered on the purchase is top of the line.

At first I only needed a flat roof replaced, and after that I decided to use this company to replace my entire shingle roof as well. I called them again to replace my very old gutters. Jeff and his crew have been thorough and professional with each job.

Home Genius was very professional in their inspection and estimate. the representative spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and explaining the process and my options. They were not pushy and I felt heard. My roof is going to be installed next week and I am beyond excited. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.

Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install.
