"From the first phone call to the service at my home I found Greenix Pest Control to be professional, curtious and a pleasure to work with. Caleb took his time to explain the treatment, process and cost. Very patient and thorough. Cody came for my first set up today. He was on time, professional, explained the process of the treatment and patiently answered all my questions. Cody also was a pleasure to work with. I also found their prices to be very reasonable. "They do our pest control. Whole service package for my home. Pet-safe stuff inside, and exterior chemical treatment. We checked around and they had the best price. They are great to work with, I have already recommended them."

"Making initial contact through Angie's list did not work well -- vendor did not respond to messages. Once I called them on the phone, we made quick progress in addressing removal of the ground hog who moved in under my shed. Proposed solution was effective but pricey, compared to a prior removal. I proceeded any way due the need to proceed promptly and the lack of response from other vendors. Bottom line: good work but at a premium price, which takes the rating down to a 4."

"Service representative was very knowledgeable about lawn, shrub, and pest control."

"I was told by budget pest control not to get rid of furniture. There are still bugs in the furniture!"

"Eric and Dave returned my call immediately, set up a same day appt because of a cancellation, they were professional, provided education on the problem/treatments, and were able to treat the same day, and arrange follow up in two weeks. I will definitely recommend Valiant Pest Defense."
