We install residential and commercial burglar alarms, fire alarms, medical alert units,and video surveillance systems. We offer both monthly and quarterly billing as well as financing options. "This is the worst company I have ever done business with! I was trying to help my mom cancel services because she sold her house. She forgot her password, which I’m sure many people do and they told me I needed to send a letter. I sent the letter per their instructions and I was told they needed more information, so I sent the additional items requested and was told I again needed to send a letter. I called and was transferred 4x and hung up on once. Finally I spoke to Kaneisha, who finally took care of me. I think it’s a shame that this is the service this company provides. My mom will be getting a new house with a new alarm system and it will not be from ADT! I want to also note that she is elderly and would never have been able to handle this on her own."

"Incredibly worthless company. They profit from fear of crime politics by inducing you to pay $50 per month for a service that purports to contact the police on your behalf. Their motion detecting alarms consistently falsely reported movement in my home, causing me to believe that my house was being broken into and the life of my pets were at risk. After receiving a call about detecting movement in my home and being asked whether I wanted to have the authorities contacted, there was never any follow up from either the police or the company. When I wanted to cancel their valueless service, they made me pay 75% of the value of my contract. No negotiation and no care for the mental stress they put me through leading me to want to cancel their service. To their credit, they were incredibly polite while they told me they wanted to pay over one thousand dollars for unearned services they would have provided if they hadn't put me in a position to want to cancel their services. Waste of time, waste of money, do not hire this company."
