The installation took a couple of hours and went very well. We started to hear a beeping about 45 minutes after Rich left, and he returned to take a look! Unfortunately, the beeping was one of our existing CO2 detectors and had nothing to do with the work that he performed. Even though the issue was not his responsibility, he was still very kind about the situation.

I have used GREENWOOD SECURITY SYSTEMS in the past 2 weeks and have used them for over a year. We had something show up on our security and they had to come out and fix the problem. The gentleman they sent was very pleasant and I have been very pleased with the service they provide. I would give them an A rating because they are one of the best security companies we have ever used.
