I contacted Zucco Security System & Communications for information concerning a security system for my home.  I was given accurate information, and all my questions were answered before an appointment was made.  The system was installed professionally and efficiently by Gino Zucco an his son Michael.  These men are personable, polite, and easy to talk with concerning the system and the options available to me.  After having contacted ADT systems (read review), I certainly appreciated that Zucco Security was both knowlegeable and honest while dicussing the options.  Through their advice I was able to choose options that were suitable for my situation, and there was no "sales pitch" to sway my decisions.  I am extremely pleased with the system - Mike explained very well how to operate the system, and his concise directions were very much appreciated by me - a low-tech person. The system has practical options for maximum effectiveness, and I especially like the additional  smoke detector which reports directly to the central office.  This company was recommended to me by two neighbors, and I would certainly pass on my recommendation to others.  Congratulations to Zucco Security and Communications for a job well done and very much appreciatedl
