"[Member Name Removed]: I received your review on May 19th. your 1 year warranty is valid through July 15th 2019. We can order you a remote to replace it. The manufacture will cover the remote as long as their is no visible damage or water damage to the remote. As for the factory alarm being set off after disarm. We need to have your factory remote here at time of appointment to test why the alarm is being set in the first place and why the remote start security module is not disarming it. This can be easily taken care of with an appointment before your warranty expires. Electronics can be difficult and have their issues. Please contact us so we can look into this further for you. There was a deal that would have incorporated an alarm system, at a price that was attractive to me, but it was not mentioned at the time of service. When I brought it up, after I saw the pricing located in their showroom, I asked them about it and they said they would be unable to add the alarm on, at the sale price, since with the new, existing locking system it would be more costly.
I explained that I would have been interested in that deal if it was mentioned when I first came in, but it was not. He offered me a slight discount that was not close to the original sale price, nor attractive to my budget.
Months later, one of the new fobs needed to be re-programmed;work completed in minutes, while I waited.They had trouble finding my name in their database even though the work was just completed a couple of months ago.

Car looked really good inside and out except for front bumper which still seemed to have quite a bit of bug gunk on it. I thought they should have been able to get that off with professional products.
Making appt was easy and it was done on time.

Installer left a half-full gatorade bottle of chew spit in the car.
They claimed it was my car's fault the tint job stunk.
Made them remove the bad tint and refund me my money and they left glue everywhere (roof, inside and outside of doors, upholstery, etc.) and streaks all over windows interior doors panels. It took me two hours to properly clean up the mess that was left.
What a waste of my TIME AND MONEY.

When removing the striping, they caused damage to the vehicle. (They DID have it sent out and repaired!)
The detail service was donated to a local charity that I won during a silent auction.
The original detail of the car was done VERY POORLY and with no respect to my car. The seats were not initially scrubbed. The fender wells, jams, and engine of the car were not cleaned properly. I was promised the car would be done in a day and a half. Dropped it off Thursday morning and supposed to have it back Saturday. When I went to check on the car on Friday, I noticed the damage to the car. They provided my car back to me on Saturday as I was taking it to a Birthday party. (Car is a hit as it is a Steeler themed car.) but I would have to return to have the damage repaired, and the rest of the striping replaced.
When I went to pick up the car The seats were only vacuumed and as mentioned above the car was not properly detailed. I returned the car on Tuesday for them to send it to be repaired and it took an additional 3 days for the car to be repaired, the remaining striping done, and the car re-detailed. (Cost me 3 days rental for a vehicle during this time!)
This time they atleast scrubbed the seats, and attempted to do a better job at cleaning and dressing the engine and fender wells and door jams, but still NOT what I have been accustomed to from another detail shop I use.
I feel as if they had no respect for my car. And that since this was a donated item they didn't care.
I have used this shop for striping in the past and did not have an issue. The stripping that was replaced looks good and they did repair the damage caused to my vehicle but that should have never happened in the first place. They had attempted to lay the new stripping over top of the old material in some places because they did not attempt to remove the rear fin on the trunk to replace it. It seemed like they attempted to take any shortcut that they could to get the job done.
I WILL NOT be returning for ANY future work!!!
"Hi [member name removed], I just read your review and respect your concerns. I do believe we did everything in our power to rectify the situation. In the process of removing racing stripes from a 2006 Ford Mustang the stripes were seven years old and difficult to remove. A normal 2 hour job turned into an 8 hour job unforeseen. In the process of removing the stripes from your bumper, paint was accidentally removed in the process. Something we apologize sincerely for, but accidents do happen. We did contact a body shop and made the arrangements to correct the situation immediately for you at our own expense. I do believe that the replacement of your vinyl stripes turned out very good and I know I personally went above and beyond on the detail of the stripes and I hope you can agree. We have placed photos of your vehicle on our website in our vinyl graphics photo gallery as we strongly believe the vehicle looked very good when completed. We also posted photos on Facebook and received multiple complements on your vehicles appearance. The photos demonstrate the hood stripes in process (not complete). The Second photo demonstrates the rear trunk lid striped without the wing on the vehicle. The third photo shows the roof in a finished fashion with the additional pin striping added additional without cost to you as an added donation for our concern to your satisfaction. At no time was any of the stripes placed over any old material to cut corners. This I can personally talk to because I personally installed your stripes and only did so once the old stripes were removed completely. Detail: A detail service whether from a charity donation or a purchased detail are all handled the same. Our detailers would not know how a customer paid for the detail, but they would treat all customers with the up most respect and attention to detail when cleaning the vehicle. Your vehicle was detailed twice, once before it left to the body shop and then a second time when it returned from the body shop to complete our original detail and clean up the vehicle from the body shop. A black interior is a hard surface to keep clean, but I can assure you that every step to vacuum and scrub an interior if not completed the first time was completed the second time when it returned from the body shop. Team Nutz stands behind its work, we do everything possible to satisfy all customer equally. If you are not satisfied, I offer you a complete detail again at no charge.
