I found Mr. Muehlbronner from AHI, Inc., to be by far one of the most, if not the most competent and rigorous inspectors that I have had the pleasure of working with in my career. He uncovered numerous problems in the 1st house that was under contract . We had to walk away from the first house. This was the second house that he inspected for us within a month. Mr, Muehlbronner was well worth every penny spent on his consultation and inspection services. I would wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation."

"0 stars! Do NOT use this electrician! He is rude and dismissive but charges an inordinate amount without producing quality. Bob and company (I.e., his receptionist) are the absolute rudest contracting org we have ever encountered. We scheduled a service call with Bob for 3 services: 1) to repair a chandelier lift, 2) to install a new chandelier and 3) to install a ceiling fan in place of ceiling light. He came in with an attitude like he did not want to do the job. My husband had been in touch with the manufacturer of the lift and had ordered the replacement part myself. When he tried to explain the background on the lift motherboard, Bob was uninterested and rushed me through the instructions. However, he did not waste any time warning us that he would be charging extra for any trouble-shooting. In the end, he did not hook up the motherboard correctly. We had to have another electrician come to fix his errors. Given his attitude, we did not ask him to complete the chandelier. It was large and complex - so clearly he wanted nothing to do with it. The ceiling fan was a simple change because we already had a ceiling fan guard. This was the only thing he completed. To top it off, when my husband called to let his office know he charged us for doing the job incorrectly (request a partial refund), Tracey began screaming at him, blaming him saying we messed with the motherboard! My husband was patient, spoke calmly, and tried to explain why we should not be charged for the bad job (note we were willing to pay the service fee and work for the fan), she hung up on him! If you expect to pay for a service that is correct, complete and done with respect, Bob from Lehigh Valley Electric is not your electrician."

I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. After seeing the shooting plume of water, I informed Craig the SM & his followup exceeded my expectations. Great team to work with; excellent service, fair price! Ten Stars!"

"Perfect. Patrick researched our leak until he resolved the issue WITHOUT upcharge as he promised. This guy is honest and simply the best. Based on the successful resolution of our leak problem we had him come in and fix our tile problems. Again, the work was as promised, on point and timely. If you are thin skinned and don’t want frank, honest and reliable info on what you may need to do differently with your pool you should hire someone else. You won’t find a better or more effective provider."
