After our a/c system went belly up 1 month into our home purchase, and mid-heat wave, Scott fit us in on short notice, explained our options and associated price points, leaving to us how much to patch vs overhaul without a hard sell. Iâ ve used a large company for years satisfactorily but theyâ ve never explained things as well or been as conscientious as Scott. He backs up his work with a no b.s. personal warranty so I wonâ t be going back to the corporate folks ever again. He also addressed my wife as an equal vs the usual condescension.

Scott gave me pricing that was way better than competitors- so much so that I was able to afford a complete HVAC replacement (furnace and air) at or around the same cost I was quoted for just the air conditioning. Clean, friendly, thumbs up. Excellent warranty for his labor and work on top of mnfctr warranty. Installed a central A/C unit.

Scott got back to me within 15 minutes and came over at noon the next day. No A/C, turned out to be a capacitor that he stocked on his truck. Quick, easy, right fix and price was excellent. Cost less than what PSE&G would charge just to come out (which was 249.00 to show up) Nice guy, knows his stuff, works fast and safe-would definitely recommend.

S&M was referred to us by our son, we had an old system that was about 20 years old and kept needing to be fixed, Scott came over gave us a great price and had the old system out and the new system in the same day. Very nice and professional, told me to call with any questions.

S&M installed a whole new system in our house for the first floor and basement and serviced our other unit that does the third floor and second floor, Scott at S&M knocked out the replacement of our old unit in a day and when we rehired him to install the new system it only took 2 days with all new ducting vents and system. They did great work and very friendly, only place I will call for now on.

Had an old steam system that needed to be replaced Scott came and had all the old radiators and pipes removed in a day and had new duct work and vents put in about two days during the winter. It was great to actually have reliable heat !

We can t say enough about how professional Scott was, especially during this pandemic. All proper precautions were used. They were so quiet that we didn t even know they were here installing a new furnace and A/C unit. Everything was left clean. No trash left anywhere. We will surely use him again when needed. We highly recommend Scott.
