Their concrete work was top-notch, and they left the space clean and tidy when the job was done. They also took the time to walk us through everything they had completed, making sure we understood each step. It’s been a month since the work was finished, and we’ve already had a couple of major rainstorms—including one with rainfall hitting 3 inches per hour. In the past, that kind of weather would’ve guaranteed a wet basement. But now? Not a single drop. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I can’t recommend them any higher. 5-stars+. "

"We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's. It's been bone-dry since. We did have one piece of equipment fail within a month of the installation, but it was a third party dehumidifier that was just a dud I guess, no fault of Baker's. I texted the project manager about it on a Sunday. I expected a response the following week. He got back to me within the hour. The equipment was removed and replaced within a couple days. Everything great since. I would highly recommend Baker's, but specifically our project manager Nathan Goddard and the head guy on site Daylan. Can't remember his last name, but he's got a long beard and did a great job. Thanks to both of them and the rest of the guys."
