This project was well worth the investment as my basement, for the first time in the 26 years I have lived here, was completely dry after persistent and harsh rainfall 10 days after installation. I was actually moved to tears of relief as a result of this successful investment. My immediate neighbors' basements were not saved from the usual and problematic water infiltration. We have been living a nightmare with our basement they were the 3rd contractor we had come out and look at our basementâ ¦the 1st told us that we needed a French drain coming from outside which would cost over 20,000 them had another come out and tell us they can install a French drain from the inside and connect to our main stackâ ¦THANK GOD my neighbor told us that was illegalâ ¦they ripped up our basement and dug up our concreteâ ¦from the minute Advance Basement Solutions came I felt at ease and we were very skeptical and they fixed what the other contractor did and did a internal sub pump which cost us a 3rd of what others quotedâ ¦I THANK GOD that we found them I would highly recommend
