We had the Steel City crew install the waterproofing system (French drain and sump pump) and wall strap in our basement. They are very friendly and efficient. They finished the project within one day and cleaned up everything. Then they walked us through and explained to us how to check whether the system is working. They also called us to check whether things are going well several days later. BTW, they have lifetime warranty! Very nice experience working with them and I would recommend to everyone!

Installed my French Drain: Very responsive, hard working crew, took extra steps to try and restore my yard to pre-project condition by hauling top soil and used my seed; answered all my questions / knowledgeable,.. and most important.. it works!

During the bidding process, Kevin showed the education and experience to confidently design all aspects and specifications of the needed drainage solution and to answer my many questions. His bid came in lower than all others, despite having deep experience and great customer ratings. I had needed all of my outflow pipes replaced from my basement sumps and from my downspouts, all of them to the storm box at the street. The job presented more tree roots than expected, and his crew worked late in an attempt to stay on schedule. After breaking ground, additional pipe sources were identified than had been scoped for the original contract. Kevin and I easily negotiated a fair price for the now increased scope. Ultimately the job was performed well, and I will be happy to refer my friends and neighbors for their drainage needs. Yes, I am a real customer. No I never knew of Kevin nor of the company before the bidding process.

The work that they did was wonderful and not only did I see how it worked with the drain the next day during a deluge, rain storm, they checked up on me to make sure it was OK!

Excellent job - water was entering around basement door - below grade. Was away when work was done - they showed up when scheduled and completed the job within the estimated schedule timeframe. Heavy rain within 48 hours of completion, no water in the basement!! Excellent job.

This was a pleasant experience for our family. We had issues with cracking walls and water in the basement. From the opening call to the final project completion they were very respectful and accommodating. The price was better than any of the other 3 and for a more knowledgeable inspection as well.
