They did very nice work and were very professional. They even re-laid a brick that had come out of alignment (in the past a mason had simply filled in with mortar when repointing). We have had long standing problems with water getting in, and they made special effort to obtain and use a commercial-grade caulk we wanted for the base of the wall.

Mr. Fisher and his brother did a terrific job repointing/repairing brickwork around the lower half of our house. They were courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

From beginning to end of the work that day everything went smoothly and the outcome is excellent.

Fisher did an excellent job! The crew arrived on time, was professional, kept me informed every step of the way. Bonus--Ron noticed and repaired a mouse hole in my foundation at no extra charge! At the end, Ron explained everything that had been done, and showed me pictures he had taken of the repaired chimney. Before leaving, all debris was cleaned up, loaded into their truck, and hauled away. Since Fisher's repair 3 months ago, there have been several severe storms, and I have had no leaks. Fisher solved the problem of water leaking into my home! Thank you, gentlemen, for your wonderful work!

Everything from the beginning to ending was excellent. Mr. Fisher and his team arrived when he said they would, and they were professional and friendly. A nice group of folks. Mr Fisher checked another chimney in front of my home to make sure it was safe. They completed the work on the chimney in the back of my home including the two caps on top, and cleaned up after the work.

I am very happy with Mr. Fisher from first contact to completion of the work. He and his crew did a good job on the chimney caps and cleaned up well after. There were no problems from start to finish. I would hire again and would recommend to anyone looking for a masonry contractor.

I called Mr. Fisher and left a message and my name phone number. He returned my call in a day or two. I explained the problem. He said he would come out, examine the chimney, and get back with a price. He did exactly as he said. He called back with the price and explained the work that needed to be done. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be done. He and his workman arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. While he was there we also discussed some additional work that I needed done around my windows and my garage. He quoted a price and said he would get back to me as to scheduling the work to be done once he had checked his other commitments. He called me several days later, we set a day and time, and once again he arrived with his workman as he said he would. They worked continuously and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Working with Fisher Masonry was a very positive experience. They are extremely responsive and punctual. They arrive when they say they will, begin working when they arrive, and continued working until they job was done. They clean up and leave the area clean. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them.

It was a roof leak....not the chimney. Mr. Fisher recommended someone that he uses. He even took pictures to send to him. The man he recommended was very quick to respond....did the work needed and even checked the rest of the roof. There were no other problems found. Just the flashing needed repaired.

Very well. Very responsive. These were both smaller jobs which he really shined on.

We called Fisher Masonry for a quote to tear down the old crumbling chimney on our house and re-build it. They explained the entire process to us and then gave us a reasonable quote, so we asked them to do the job. They arrived at our house promptly at an agreed-on time, covered the area where they would be working, set up scaffolding and had the old chimney torn down and a new chimney built in its place within several hours. After the job was finished, they cleaned the area up and showed us the new work. We were very impressed with the quality of work they performed and would highly recommend Fisher Masonry to anyone - they did an outstanding job for us.

The person picked up and said "If you don't F#$# talk, I know you're a sales person. I for sure don't know anyone in CT." Then they continued to talk to others around them, swearing and not acknowledging me on the other end of the phone. Very unprofessional. I hung up. I won't be calling them again.

We've used Ron for two jobs now and both times have been fantastic. He was quick to set up an appointment to give us a free estimate and both times was able to get us on his schedule in a reasonable time. The first time we had Ron out was to rebuild and cap 3 chimneys on our house as well as repoint them. The total cost of this job was $2800. The previous owner had not maintained the chimneys and had improperly sealed them causing them to leak and become rather unsightly. Ron and his team came out over 2.5 days and rebuilt parts of the chimney that needed it, installed chimney liners in the active flues and properly capped/vented the non-functional ones. The second job we had Ron do was various repointing and brick replacement. There were a few spots around our house where a previous downspout had been where the mortar was worn away and where various bricks were chipped and/or missing in archways above the windows. This job was $1000. As with before Ron and his team came out, fixed everything up perfectly, and left the place as if they had never been there. In the time since the work we have had no issues with leaks or drafts like we had before and we have received numerous compliments on how great the chimneys and pointing work looks, from both neighbors and contractors we've had over.

Ron and his worker showed up promptly at 8am and worked straight thru the day. They were respectful of me being a woman with no mason knowledge, talked to my dad when he insisted he check in, and just kind and courteous. My biggest fear was the obvious difference in brick...new brick vs brick from the 50's, but you can hardly tell the difference. My chimney needs fixed and I will definitely call Ron again.

Ron and his crew were on time, got right to wok and did everything he described to us. We did have to wait a bit for the bricks to match our home to be available, but Ron made sure everything looked perfect. They were professionals from beginning to end and when they left everything looked great and the work area was clean. They were a wonderful work crew and did a very great job. We would use this company again without hesitation.

Along my front step there is a cement wall that is holding back the gravel next to the steps. The middle block of this wall fell out and the surrounding blocks started to crumble. Ron offered to repair it with materials that he already had and did so by replacing a cinder block that he had and also replaced a cap that was deteriorated. He also repaired my chimney. There were several bricks that were flaking and exposing the chimney. Ron was able to match the color of the brick seamlessly, and then came back a few days later and sealed it with an acid wash. He is very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me and I would highly recommend him to others.

The missing mortar was causing a leak in my sun room and while it was a tiny and a no-profit job for Ron - he was happy to come to my house to take a look and was able to fix it. He showed an exceptional dedication to his craft and exhibited caring customer service.
