They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! "John and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed"

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

"We had the Steel City crew install the waterproofing system (French drain and sump pump) and wall strap in our basement. They are very friendly and efficient. They finished the project within one day and cleaned up everything. Then they walked us through and explained to us how to check whether the system is working. They also called us to check whether things are going well several days later. BTW, they have lifetime warranty! Very nice experience working with them and I would recommend to everyone!"
