They responded quickly and were able to get us on their schedule fast. When they came, they were quick and friendly. They did an amazing job.

After the driveway sat for a few days waves or ripples appeared in the driveway. There is also a low spot. I had excess gravel in my driveway that had to be removed. My guess is these guys were in a hurry because they could have used my own gravel to fill in the low spot, but that would have required more time to compact that area. As such water sits for days in the middle of the driveway after rainfall. While I didn't overpay for the job, I expected it to be adequate for what I did pay. The owner said told me the job would be great because his reputation was on the line. I'll let you decide if he honored his. I called the company to discuss the situation but never got a call back.

They did an asphalt layover and it is not completed correctly. Thee is ponding, deep crevices from equipment and tracks from equipment. Pits and divots. Called and called for service to no avail. Will take action through the authorities.

Did my driveway back in September. Dumped a giant pile of weeds and dirt on the side of my house, refused to clean it up. Dumped a pile of broken pieces of asphalt from my old driveway on the far side of my property, still haven’t cleaned it up. Jacked the price up nearly a thousand dollars halfway through the job. And now the driveway is cracking and caving in. I would call but they blocked my number. Save yourself money and a headache, just go with another (more professional) contractor.

Horrible and very unprofessional. Jacked up the price well beyond the initial quote and dumped a large pile of dirt and weeds behind my house as if I was never going to see it!

Requested a receipt for payment in person, by phone and twice in email also copy of warranty and have received no response. Not a good business practice. I would appreciate your response regarding this issue.

1- Provider reached out to provide an estimate for the driveway repair after posting an Angi request. 2- estimate was made for a $7000 job to be completed in the first week of March 3- delay of the start due to weather issues 4- a date was rescheduled kept being pushed back “due to team fishing up back logged work from the weather” 5-finally job started on March 20, the initial $7000 price after digging out the old driveway (at a point of no return) wasn’t going to be enough according to the owner and for a better service and durable result a $2000 increase was proposed having no choice I had to accept 6- toward the end of the job again another $2000 increase was proposed as “the asphalt is rolling off your driveway and we need to use more” my choices were a half finished driveway or a $2000 increase. 7- unfamiliarity with the code and regulation insisting that a work permit is not needed when one was required later that I learned from the borough that it’s the company ultimate responsibility to secure a permit. The issue of permit is trivial to the fact that if I have not present and corrected an issue they almost brought my driveway to the city road which I would have been heavily fined. 8- not understanding why at the time there was an area that the workers revised with additional work, the same area that is now the reason for the complaint. 9- damage caused by the company equipment to the curb at my neighbors property that the borough had contacted me several times after the company failed to respond.. resolution of which issue is still pending 10- the area of question which is the same area that the workers revised/ manipulated after the initial installation, became damaged, cracked and depressed with vehicle tire tracks from driving on it, despite waiting for double the time we were instructed not to drive on it. 11- attempts to reach the company to address the issue failed. I got through to the opener once and he promised an inspection and a proposed repair which never happened 12- further attempts were maid and no answer to my phone calls until I called from different phone numbers, with the Caim now being that the owner wants to consult his notes and he will respond once he is back to the office .. non of which had happened

Excellent! Was very impressed by Tony and his crew! They walked me through every step of the process. The finished driveway is perfect. It rained today and the water is now draining away from our house as promised. There was extra gravel and asphalt left from the job. The crew used the excess material to repair two of my neighbor's driveways at no cost. Who does that? Good People! They do great work! Highly Recommend!

The whole crew, from sales to the team that applied the asphalt to my driveway were absolutely top-notch. Their attention to detail was perfect. Hats off to everyone involved. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the job done.

Please don't confuse these guys with B&M paving. I made a mistake and called to complain about B&M and ended up having a great convo with the owner of P&M and gave them a job happily. P&M = GREAT. B&M = Just awful

P&M are total professionals. Excellent communication, prompt delivery of services and great pricing. They quality of work is super high and they get the job done fast. I confidently recommend P&M.

They were in the neighborhood doing another job and told me they could pave the gravel driveway at one of my rental properties. I had gotten prices a few years ago, and even given the time difference, they beat the price by almost $1,000. They did a good job prepping the area and put in an asphalt driveway the same day.

Horrible. The company built the wall incorrectly. I had the workers come back over the course of the month and they finally fixed the wall. Unfortunately, the company destroyed the landscape and never fixed anything. The owner was rude and aggressive

Brought P&M in to replace 2 retaining walls (one much more difficult than the other). Tony insisted it be done on 2 separate contracts. I should have known at that point that there was going to be a problem. We wanted the harder wall done first but Tony said he could get the material for the easier wall faster, so we signed a contract for that retaining wall and they did it first. They ran into a problem that they should have expected, being experienced retaining wall builders and all, that Tony said would add cost to the project. We ended up paying way more for this wall than we should have. When finished with the 1st retaining wall we asked when they would start the 2nd retaining wall, the hard one. Tony said soon. After that he refused to take our phone calls and we have never heard from him again. We then got bids from 3 other contractors for the harder retaining wall. When they came to look over the job they all looked at the wall P&M built and said the construction was inferior and they hoped it would hold up for us.

They came on a rainy morning, never dug anything out, weeds are growing thru the asphalt, puddles everywhere when it rains and won't answer phone or come to repair all their mistakes

!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!! P&M (Tony) was in the area and we needed to get our driveway fixed from a botched job (driveway had a major dip in the middle of it) that Heartland Homes did. Tony, from P&M, pointed out all of the problems and shortfalls of the Heartland job and "promised total satisfaction from their Service and Fix". I didn't want to spend the $5K but, like most folks, we needed it to have a functional driveway. Well unfortunately, after 1 week the driveway starting dipping even further than the original job. We've placed numerous calls into "Tony" at P&M and crickets....freaking crickets !!! I plan on taking this to ridiculous levels to get them to live up to their 3 year Warranty. What a horrible company

I got my quote on a Friday which was somewhat reasonable. The guy called and said they would be able to do my driveway on a Monday, that say rolled around and they canceled due to weather which is understandable. I was told they would show up on Tuesday, but nobody ever did and I had to reach out to the company and explain how it better be done on Wednesday, and the guy of course promised it would be. It is now Saturday and I never heard a single word back from the company..this is a tall tale sign of laziness and a poorly ran business. How they can be advertised as the number one option for the Irwin area is absolutely unbelievable. Do better!
