This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! I also live in a township with strict permit codes and they knew to check and help with that process (the other company did not).

Advanced Basement Solutions was very prompt and efficient - the whole project only took half a day. I had scheduled the work to be done for their earliest date available at the time but when an earlier date opened up, they were kind enough to call me and see if I wanted to move the date up (I did). The price charged was exactly what was discussed during the estimate. Additionally, they were able to point me in the direction of getting 0% interest financing for 12 months - super helpful for anyone with decent credit.

Showed up in Bloomfield on time and put our minds at ease regarding a horizontal hairline crack in one of our basement walls. Told us that it wasn't a problem now and how to know if it was becoming a more serious issue. Also examined some support posts to assess if they had moved. Overall we learned a bit more about our basement and house construction, and they did not charge us for the visit because the issue was not serious at this time. Great experience!

We were getting a little water in the basement. Nothing major but wanted to get ahead of any future problems. Advanced came out and gave us an honest estimate. Workers came on time and they were diligent in their work. They took care to ensure they were neat and considerate of their surroundings. After they were done they walked us through the work, what to expect and how to handle the new system. I would definitely recommend their work.

ABS was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process. They made two complementary consultation visits to ensure we understood the work that was going to be performed before we got started. They worked quickly and delivered exactly what was promised. Great experience from the get-go. Owner Bill did estimate himself; was a straight shooter with much experience. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. No more puddles in my garage and gutter water is now draining many feet from my house. This is the only local company that I could find who worked with downspout drainage issues. Great job all! Prior to moving into our house about 10 years ago, the previous owners had used Advanced Basement Solutions to have an internal french drain, sump pump and vapor barrier installed. As it had been about 10 years which is the average life of a sump pump, we decided it was time to have things checked out. Called and lady who answered was very polite, she actually got my information so the lifetime warranty could be transferred over to us and then said we could schedule a "Healthy Basement Check" and said what all that entailed. She said she would have to check scheduling and get back to me. I got a call back the next day and scheduled it for the following week and gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be out. On the day of the appointment, Chris showed up promptly and I showed him downstairs, he looked everything over and we worked to run a test on the pump which had no issues. He did recommend a high water sensor which said I could pick up myself and did recommend a dehumidifier as we did have a bit higher humidity. He answered all of our questions and we even walked around outside as he saw a couple spot inside with a little dampness and gave us some tips and things to keep an eye on. Best part is I was educated on how the pump works and what to do in the event of an issue and had peace of mind knowing that when it does go, the first pump replacement was covered so the money I spent for the checkup was worth it

Generally very well. They discovered the bowing wall as they were starting and that required additional work and material to support it., but the didn't complain, and made arrangements to correct that as well. They communicate clearly and simply, didn't use any "jargon" or try to obfuscate anything.

Bill was very honest that what was needed to solve our wet basement was not work that his company performed. He didn't try to make a sale, but gave a very honest assessment of what should be done.

Even though this was a company that did only basement waterproofing work, the company representative was very HONEST. After I described the situation to him, he very honestly told me that the problem was not likely ground water coming in and that I most likely did not need his company's service. He was correct. It ended up being a plumbing issue. I very much appreciated his honesty. If you ever think you may need basement waterproofing services, be sure to consider this honest, trustworthy company.
