At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. "John and his crew were professional answered all my questions and explained it fully. They were careful of my ceramic tile that was put down less than a year ago. When taking out the old wall they dealt with rows of glass bottles, door hinges and chisels and let us know that these obstacles took extra time.. While working on the foundation they had to deal with alot of rain. My front yard was a mess from the machinery. When they were finished they leveled out the track marks, the only thing I need to do is add grass seed"

"Removed old cracked concrete driveway, set proper new stone foundation, added proper thick asphalt layer and finished it nicely. Took 2 days due to tool damage otherwise it would have been all done in single day. Explained how long not to drive or park ,water on hot days, fillings top soil on borders etc. Also did parallel project of French drain on my backyard to divert run down water from hill behind my home to away from driveway for additional agreed cost. All work was excellent quality. Good team. Neighbor also gave them project for resurfacing which seemed to complete quickly too on same day in parallel with same equipment and team."

"Owner showed up with a small crew and a crazy new piece of equipment. Excavated down below my foundation and to the septic tank. Came into the basement and jackhammered the floor. Removed all the old terracotta pipe inside and out. Installed all new PVC pipe all the way down to the septic tank. Put gravel down to protect the new pipe. Poured concrete in the basement to close the floor back up. Only took one day to get the new pipe in. Came back the next to close the ground and floor up. Great experience, basement no longer smell like sewage."

They finished the project within one day and cleaned up everything. Then they walked us through and explained to us how to check whether the system is working.
