Unique Indoor ComfortCrew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier.- Susan M.

Goodman Plumbing IncI called Goodman Plumbing since our Water Heater was running and not providing hot water. I called 8:30 AM and Technician showed up 1:30 pm as promised the SANE DAY! Frank fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Frank explained I would not need a new water heater to our relief . He went to a local plumbing supply and issue was fixed same day. Best Part : I saved money . How many other plumbers would charge me for a new water heater ? Honest, Integrity and competence is a rare commodity these days. Just a warning....Do not use Orbits Solar they do bait and switch. They told us we would get $215 a srec and I am getting $84 a trec. Saying I canceled a install which I did not and I have proof. Said we would get a huge income tax return, however that is spread through a couple of years. Told me my electric bill would be less than $50 a month and my winter bills were $400 same as no solar panels. Buyer beware!! I lost $15,000 in this deal
