They replaced water heaters. Came on time, provided option of heater conventional or tankless. Chose the conventional water heater option. They installed in a timely manner. No complaints.

Love the new shower unit. Robert Bs worked with a tiling subcontractor. He was excellent. He said that he hasn't tried to promote more business because Robert Bs keeps him so busy. Overall, very happy. Wish I had replaced the shower sooner.

Overall, Robert B's plumbing was top notch. First, Robert's quote was considerably less than another local company on Angie's List. Robert was very kind, professional, and courteous. I could tell right away that he had integrity, and that I could trust him. The plumbers that actually did the work were professional and answered all my questions. They made sure I was involved during the installation to ensure the body jets were where my wife and I would want them, and that the shower head was at the right height. The only problem was some billing confusion at the end of the day. The plumbers were not aware of the amount that Robert quoted me and attempted to bill me for much more. When I expressed concern, they understood and told me that someone would straighten it out the next day. Robert himself came over the very next morning and apologized for the confusion and billed me for the exact amount I was quoted (maybe even a little less) even though the job took a lot longer than was expected. As I said before, Robert had great integrity - just what you want in a contractor. I will definitely be using Robert B's Plumbing in the future.

They were good. We have used them before. They were good guys. They came out  and did the work. They were clean. They had good value and they seemed like honest guys.

We got Robert B's Plumbing from Angie's List. The first time we used them, it was great. The second and third time was just kind of okay. We had a shower cartridge. I had called a bunch of different plumbers and they couldn't find a replacement. Robert B's found it and it stayed good for about two years. But then I called them back when it messed up again and they said they were going to order it. Several weeks went by and I called them and they had not ordered it and then they ended up just giving me some information so I could order it myself. But then, I guess, they were having the same issue I was having, which was, we could never find that cartridge. I just felt like they kind of dropped the ball and were never getting back to me on anything. They're not cheap. They're slightly more expensive than other plumbers I had called, but at the same time I was happy just because they had finally found that cartridge the first time. They seemed to know what they were doing.

These guys were wonderful! They were friendly, efficient, and cost less than everyone else we have worked with in the past. We have an older home, so these guys will be our go-to plumbing company for future needs!

This sewer blockage is a recurring problem.  We had to stay the night in a hotel because of it  We called 4 other plumbing companies the next morning.  Robert B's was the fifth and they got their people out by 11:00.  We met them at the house and Murphy and his partner went to work. They were the first plumbers who ever really analyzed the problem and advised us what to do about it.  They checked out and adjusted the flush mechanisms in two other toilets and advised us about one we wanted to replace.  They also found a foreign object in the blow hole of one of them that no one had ever looked for before.  They worked over 2 hours and did a superb job.  $277.00 was very fair for all that work.  I highly recommend Robert B's Plumbing.

Overall, I had a great experience.This could have went a very different way, but the employees at Robet B's plumbing did an excellent job of customer service recovery from the moment they sensed that there may be a problem. The customer service representative that handled my phone calls was responsive, professional, and courteous from the get go. I had two guys that initially came out to give me a free estimate for my leak. They couldn't find the leak, therefore in their professional opinion assummed it was a slab leak, which would be very costly and may involve jack-hammering my floors. They told me that the $185 charge for the estimate will be used as a discount towards the repair, although I was expecting it to be free. Before I had a chance to call them about it, someone contacted me to address my concerns and did not charge me for the estimate. He also came out to my house after hours to turn off my water so my water bill wouldn't be any higher. He assured me that he would take every step necessary to avoid any unnecessary digging in my house and set up an appointment at my earliest convenience to locate the leak. When they came to locate and repair the leak, they discovered that the leak was coming from outside the front of my house where the main line enters the house. The repair was done in a timely manner and ended up being $1000 less than the original estimate. They even re-routed my hose bib in the front lawn, making it more easily accessible for me. I ended up being a very satisfied customer by the time it was all over.

Arrived on time and service was as expected with no issues.  Although I could easily run these tests myself the foundation warranty requires a licensed plumber to run these tests and these guys did good job and were less expensive than several others I checked with.

Eric and Roger did a great job. They were extremely courteous and took time to answer questions. They arrived on schedule and completed work in a timely manner. I will call this company when I have other plumbing needs.

As expected

They were punctual and adept at their work.  Very nice and hard working on a big job.  Most definitely will use in the future.

Very satisfied with overall job.  Price was for the complete job and was the best I could find when checking several alternate companies.  Most companies quote on a piecemeal basis and you pay additional for a lot of little things.  Robert B's price included everything I wanted and needed.  They came quickly and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and the personnel.  I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Always has been very well done and professional.

Quote was made back in February and were just able to get the work done in July.  Robert B's stuck to the original quote.  Work was excellent, workers were on time every day and respectful.  Job took 5 days total.  Excellent job.  Even added on a few extra jobs in the kitchen while they were there.

The gentlemen came in one day, happy, fast, capable, fair.  I will call no one else from now on.  They are my only call.

The service was great.  This company  had done other work in the past on bringing the old water heater up to code and had accurate records, so they knew what did and did not need to be done when installing the new water heater and adjusted the price accordingly.  They gave me a price and came the next day to install the water heater.  They were fast, efficient, and professional.  I highly recommend this company.
