GPS Plumbing Inc. "Your Hometown Plumber" is located at 133 Haddon Ave. in Berlin Twp. NJ, a family owned and operated 2nd generation company for over 35 years . In 1990 George P. Scelso started the company with one van and a single phone line out of his home. Through long hours, dedicated service and word of mouth spread the business grew. In 1993 the business was moved to its current location. The company continues to grow and evolve with a great staff & crew. GPS Plumbing specializes in service for residential and commercial projects, along with an extensive gas piping division for pool heater lines, gas log kits and tiki torches. The company strives to ensure customer satisfaction by hiring people in the industry who share the same values. We strive to keep that Hometown service in a field of growing businesses. The woman who answered the phone when I called was very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed without my having to ask. The plumber arrived when expected, was able to fix one of the problems immediately and even cleaned the toilet before leaving. They will be coming back to do the 2nd job when they have the new toilet.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Everything about this company is great. The phone contacts to the office with Brittany and Joe were so helpful and efficient. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. Anthony was the plumber who came out. This guy is awesome. He did amazing work. My replacing of a toilet turned into a much bigger job that added time to his work. Anthony handled it professionally, politely, could not have been nicer. He did quality work and cleaned up beautifully after the job. This is the business you want out to your home. Thank you GPS Plumbing. Outstanding.

A very serious problem arose, and we were able to get in contact with GPS Plumbing Inc immediately. Several men from their company came out first thing in the morning at 8am to assess the problem & even a backhoe was brought in. Everything was professionally discovered, thoroughly explained, efficiently repaired, and completed in a very timely manner. Everyone could not have been nicer. Called Friday morning, had trouble sending video through email, the young lady on phone gave me her personal cell phone to send it to her. She viewed the video and explained how their service worked. She scheduled me for first thing on Monday morning. The gentleman who arrived was very polite, he inspected the situation gave us both best and worst scenarios, had all tools and supplies he needed to make the repair. He was quick in getting the issue resolve. He explained charges before he did the work. Cleaned up like he had never been there. He also explained how wrong the last repair we had was done incorrectly which lead to our current issue.

Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. It not only saved me money and time, but gave me great relief that my plumbing is going to go back to normal again. All the girls who work in the office were extremely helpful as well ! Highly recommend Max and GPS and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. If anyone ever needs a plumber I'm recommending GPS. Thank you Max !!

Total professionals! Returned phone calls, arrived when they said they would. Installation was a bit tricky as it is located on the second floor in a small laundry area. They were familiar with all code requirements for my HOA. They discussed everything with me prior to the work and gave me a ballpark figure which I thought was very reasonable. Work was performed correctly, and professionally and the area was left spotless. It is such a pleasure in this day and age to find such talented professionals who are passionate about doing a job correctly.
