If I could give 10 Stars I would. Everything about this company is great. The phone contacts to the office with Brittany and Joe were so helpful and efficient. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. Anthony was the plumber who came out. This guy is awesome. He did amazing work. My replacing of a toilet turned into a much bigger job that added time to his work. Anthony handled it professionally, politely, could not have been nicer. He did quality work and cleaned up beautifully after the job. This is the business you want out to your home. Thank you GPS Plumbing. Outstanding.

Did a great job with water heater. Came out right away

Everything went very smoothly. The technician was extremely efficient, polite and quite thorough. All work satisfactorily completed in about 70 minutes. Cleanup effort was exceptional.

A very serious problem arose, and we were able to get in contact with GPS Plumbing Inc immediately. Several men from their company came out first thing in the morning at 8am to assess the problem & even a backhoe was brought in. Everything was professionally discovered, thoroughly explained, efficiently repaired, and completed in a very timely manner. Everyone could not have been nicer. Very poor communication, never had them do the job, they rescheduled 3x and we had a water pipe bust with no water , had to search for other plumbers

Called Friday morning, had trouble sending video through email, the young lady on phone gave me her personal cell phone to send it to her. She viewed the video and explained how their service worked. She scheduled me for first thing on Monday morning. The gentleman who arrived was very polite, he inspected the situation gave us both best and worst scenarios, had all tools and supplies he needed to make the repair. He was quick in getting the issue resolve. He explained charges before he did the work. Cleaned up like he had never been there. He also explained how wrong the last repair we had was done incorrectly which lead to our current issue.

So happy with GPS!! They were great to work with, understood our problems with scheduling, answered all of our questions. The two installers were fantastic, polite, knowledgeable , neat. They did a great job! We are very, very happy with the service and the replacement of our hot water heater (plus). Thank you GPS

Perfect. Arrived on time, performed all the work requested, plus another item he saw that was deficient at no charge.

Called GPS to explain what was going on after having the line snaked and plunged 2 different times from a previous company. Previous company did find a lodged object in the line. They told us we needed to dig up the sewer line, cut the pipe, remove the object and then repair. Max from GPS was here for five minutes when he thought to dig up some of our grass to look for a trap by the street. Which he found immediately ! Took him 2 more minutes to use a tool to grab a sippy cup that my son must have thrown down the drain on the side of the house. So thankful he thought to look for that trap. It not only saved me money and time, but gave me great relief that my plumbing is going to go back to normal again. All the girls who work in the office were extremely helpful as well ! Highly recommend Max and GPS and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. If anyone ever needs a plumber I'm recommending GPS. Thank you Max !!

Total professionals! Returned phone calls, arrived when they said they would. Installation was a bit tricky as it is located on the second floor in a small laundry area. They were familiar with all code requirements for my HOA. They discussed everything with me prior to the work and gave me a ballpark figure which I thought was very reasonable. Work was performed correctly, and professionally and the area was left spotless. It is such a pleasure in this day and age to find such talented professionals who are passionate about doing a job correctly.

I just want to highly recommend JOE and NICK! From GPS PLUMBING AND HEATING . Very friendly, caring, considerate, knowledgeable and professional! These two seem to work great together and They were Very speedy, clean and efficient, in and out in no time! Thank you guys for everything you did! I greatly appreciate it!
