Jeff replaced my 20 year old Rheem 47 gallon water heater. Other than having to make a run to Home Depot to pick up a replacement for the one he brought, which was damaged, the installation went very smoothly. I’m very pleased with the service provided.

The pilot on my water heater would not light. I explained this to Jeff and he was honest about fixing verses getting a new water heater. Jeff provided expectional customer service. The job was done right and he explained the work being done. Jeff also pointed out work that the Water Department needs to do for free. Jeff is AMAZING. His work is AMAZING quality. His prices are AMAZINGLY fair and transparent with no surprises. He is reliable! Communicates great! He literally called me a minute after I sent a message requesting a quote. At like 10:00 at night. He came out the next day, replaced my water heater, and I just experienced probably the best shower of my life! He also provided so much knowledge through the process which was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about my satisfaction with his work! I was just sitting here actually thinking to myself (if you can believe it) that I'm actually glad my old one broke! Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. He asked for feedback on onsite (appreciated) and walked with handshake. He performed honest work. Highly recommend Jeff. ALSO, his pricing/cost is very reasonable compared to the alternative service providers scoped out before he arrived--Not too low, and not too high. He was literally in the middle. Great work Jeff.
