"We are sorry to hear that you are not happy, Dan does remember the job and stated that there was an old frame for a medicine cabinet behind the wall and they were unable to fish the wires due to that obstruction. We do understand that the location of the switch is not a good spot. The guys said they had a discussion with whomever was at the home at the time and the poor location was discussed thoroughly before they ran the wires. If that is not the case please call us 609-209-1022 so we can clear up the discrepancy. As for the hole, It appears to be a nail pop, the damage is pushing out , not in, so damage is from behind the wall, there is exposed black mold behind the hole. The moisture in the bathroom causes these holes, I assure you if we had made a hole we would have patched it and put a first coat of spackle on it. That type of water/mold damage we can not address as the extent of the repair would be outside our skill set. Dan is available by phone at any time, he is happy to discuss the work that was done.
