I am revising my initial review of Premier Home Pros. My prior review gave them a 5 star. Now, I'm dropping that to a 2 star. Attractive install. However, after we started using the shower, we immediately began to see a great deal of water escaping the shower. I've been placing call after call to get them back to correct the job. It's going on a month now. Up to this point, they have NOT acted in good faith and returned calls or corrected the problem. I have photographed the problems for them, i.e., where and how water is escaping, but no response from them. What's the point of a shower that looks good, but daily is leaking water? Of course they've been paid in full which is why they are now hard to get a response from. The distance between shower doors is too big. It's actually a distance of three fingers, i.e., 2 1/2 inches, the bottom of the doors themselves are too high, so water can escape, the bottom ridge intended to hold water in is too low. So, water is escaping.

You will see in the picture that the tub faucets aren't level , the caulk didn't dry and it's still mushy and gross looking , switch on wall has a bunch of cardboard not sure why but looks like a fire hazard .the sink isn't level , he put clear caulk on the sink so when I painted the wall you can see the dark drywall . Major **** up. He told me he cut the carpet from under the toilet but NO he didn't. Around the switch plate the dry wall was ruined. I paid for drywall to be up but her never put up drywall tape or plaster . I was in a hurry because I needed to get to an appointment so I signed the without fully inspecting it . Sure wish I did . They more or less robbed this old couple of $16,000 .oh and the guy was pressuring us to let him stay longer to do more work . 10:00 pm I made him go . Instead of 1 day guarantee to finish he finishe so he says , on the second day . It still isn't complete. We got screwed. Oh . The sink is bigger than I wanted .

You need to finish off the shower to customer satisfaction, I have a Lifetime Warranty, which I can only imagine is garbage if your representation or lack thereof of your company is anything to go by.
So I repeat, after endless promises and delays, the shower installation was finally finished at the beginning of August. However, the doors and glass panels and installed incorrectly and not as promised.
The Shower door can only be opened halfway before it hits the heating element on the wall, the shower door does not have any silicone stripping on the bottom, so water from the shower goes under the door and onto the floor
So right now, the shower is not fully useable. Shower head has very weak pressure. Glass panel is not safely installed, also has scratches inside the glass at the top.
I have endless texts to your company and several emails, yet not one courtesy call to arrange an inspection to validate my claims and put right your poor quality product and installation!

Luis and his team did an excellent job. We have a house built in 1966 with plaster walls and cast iron tub and they had a bear of a time on the demo. They made sure everything was covered and did an excellent job of cleaning when the shower stall was completed. Could not be happier with the stand up shower and their install. Highly recommend!!!

The initial consult was good but the install was less than stellar. The install guy Joe was late every day.. stated be there at 8 and not get there until 10.. tried to get customer service to address water leaking through the door and dam they installed and completely ignored. I realize now I will have to order parts to fix the water leaking out myself. Do your homework.. they only communicate by text and unprofessional as they ignore texts as well. It?s a good product but terrible follow up if there is a problem.

Basic installation was quick and well done, after a couple of scheduling delays. It was several days later that a technician arrived to take measurements for the door. That was a week ago and it is expected to take another week or two before the door is installed. Meanwhile, my wife, who is an invalid, has been unable to take a shower.

For $12,000.00 I thought I was going to get a nice custom made walk in shower. Boy was I wrong. In order to get a refund on grab bars that were NOT used because they were too big, the salesman asked me not to write a bad review. So..um..I have nothing else I can say.

George, the installer that was sent to our home was absolutely FABULOUS. I would recommend George to anyone....BUT WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. You did nothing but lie to us and sent wrong or defective parts. George was our saving grace. I would recommend him to everyone; but I would NEVER recommend your companh.

The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened.
