George, the installer that was sent to our home was absolutely FABULOUS. I would recommend George to anyone....BUT WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY. You did nothing but lie to us and sent wrong or defective parts. George was our saving grace. I would recommend him to everyone; but I would NEVER recommend your companh.

The job was done efficiently and timely manner. But their customer services are not very satisfactory. We had a little leak on tap inside shower place and I called 2-3 times to fix it or replace. It is not done yet. Once the job is done they don’t take care of if there is any defect. I thought of recommending to friends but didn’t do due to this. Dominique took my call. Then I called the lady contractor Francesca who came to do this job. She informed me once she receives the parts she will come to install it. It never happened.

Yes. Despite some challenes did outstanding work. Looks and works very well. The team was very professional and worked cleanly and efficiently. I would hire them for future work without hesitation.

It was a learning experience. Gene was very experience and he explained everything completely. He was also very patient.

From the moment the salesperson sold us the shower package to this day we have had nothing but problems with this company. Still to this day which has been almost 7 weeks the job is not finished. From the beginning when the salesperson who told us after he sold us the shower install that we would never hear from him again and that we would only be dealing with their customer service, to the shower doors being delayed 2 weeks to the hinges being ordered wrong twice because the original hinges were scratched, Too the doors till this day still leak when we take a shower, The job has not finished and right now the only way we can take a shower so the floor does not get wet is to put a towel down. This has been a nightmare and spending over $13,000 you would think it would have been finished by now. All this was going on while my wife had surgery and they knew i needed my master bathroom shower. All i can say is that i would never recommend this company and still waiting for them to finis

took an extra 2 days as the wrong doors and mismatched shelves arrived. Needed to involve customer service and Director of installation.

Fair. Quickly finished and at the end the cleanup was mediocre. Gasket on shower doors is compromised. Needs to be addressed.

Great experience - Josh was super helpful in helping me pick out the right shower surround for my bathroom. The process was quick and easy. The installers worked all day -- fast and efficient! I love my new bathroom.

From the beginning with my sales rep Ryan until the job was complete Alex, Louis & helpers were very professional. The material, which was perfect arrived early, and my new shower was complete with no delays. Thank you, all & to Dominic the manager. They made a very stressful project for me easy to complete. Would highly recommend.

I would advise people too look more into this company before moving forward. It was an ok experience with the contracters I was told when I got the quote that all the contracters were with the company. But when the contracters arrived they were hired contracters from outside the company. First red flag I should of just stopped but didn?t, I had 2 guys working on my bathroom at the time it ended up taking them 4 days to do my bathroom, they always showed up late was told they be at my house at 11 but would arrive till 1pm, 1st day they took everything down for the bathroom but when the 2nd day came they?re was only one worker and the other worker ended up coming really late 4-5 hours later so that delayed the work as well. I was also looking to getting a wall installed as well but with them taking 4 days to do my bathroom they made some excuses on why the wall wasn?t built, at this point I didn?t have nothing covering the shower so water would get everywhere. Contracters rushed the job

A complete disaster dealing with this company. Workers are very good. Once the salesperson gets the contract he disappears if you have any questions or complaints. The management team is horrendous, with demands for payment for incomplete and incorrect work. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. The owner either has family running the show or they just dont care.

Iâ d advise anyone to not use this company, they use subcontractors. After getting my upstairs bathrooms, remodeled there was a slow leak discovered behind the wall, which damaged downstairs kitchen cabinets & Iâ ve been dealing with them for 6 months and all they do is give me the runaround, they told me to go thru my home insurance

Not happy that your customer service department. I have left several messages to fix the problem and I have heard nothing. I even texted my sales person and have heard nothing.
