On Brandon the manager came to our house because tub water in the bathroom upstairs keep running. Brandon give us a price and told us that he will se March 18 2025nd a plumber the next day. The next day Nick the Plumber came. He was very young. He was here most of the day. When Nick was done what is a terrible job! The wall in back of the bath tub was broken and the pipes was showing tiles was broken, copper pipe is shaking. The faucet is loose. The shower water hits the wall and when you turn the shower on the water hits the wall on the side. The water is supposed come down straight. We refuse to pay because the job was not done right! My wife asked Nick to cover the pipes and he called Brandon said that my wife signed the invoice and it said it do not t repair wall but Brandon never said anything about not repairing walls .My wife asked Nick to repair the with wood that we had in the basement and Nick did a terrible job doing the wall.No one

the pro did a wonderful job repairing the bathroom drain , and when the job was completed they did an amazing cleanup . very professional .

Doug came and diagnosed the problem, she fixed it in under an hour. Very professional as well.

I had already removed toilet and snaked drain but unit I had rented was not strong enough. Crew arrived on short notice, with a heavy duty unit and cleared roots from sewer drain. They rinsed out drain and made sure water flowed properly. They treated drain with chemicals and then left. They did not replace toilet. I spent the rest of the evening replacing the toilet and cleaning the bathroom and walls since drain clearing had splattered sewage and dirt all over the place. That evening the shower drain backed up , I snaked the drain between the shower and toilet and got it cleared, it was full of dirt and sewage. Crew was courteous and respectful but could have done a much better job. For the short amount of time they were i felt that $800.00 was an excessive price.

Montco Rooter showed up within an hour and resolved the issue quickly. They were friendly, professional and guaranteed their work.

Plumber came within an hour and was able to resolve issue within three hours. Reasonable prices will use again!

Saturday "Emergency" Services were utilized for a kitchen drain that was blocked completely, despite numerous attempts with at-home solutions. Required mechanical snaking. Booked online. Easy. They called back to schedule within a reasonable amount of time (30minutes or less?). Professional and helpful phone presence. Called back to alert that service had been dispatched on time. Service man was polite, informative, professional. * * * * * Excellent. WILL use again and recommend.

The serviceman arrived 10 minutes early, took down the information about the issue, then gave me the complete price. Once I agreed to the price, he got right to work and had the main cleared out in a timely (for the scope of this job) manner. He then flushed the line with 10 gallons of hot water to rinse away any small particles, and cleaned up the work area. The tech was friendly, yet professional, and explained exactly what he was doing, and why. Montco Rooter will be the first company I contact with any further plumbing needs.
