Their corporate slogan is "Plumbers to the rescue". That held true for me. Initially I called a larger company (their colors are orange and blue). They told me that the entire water pipe needs to be replaced. I did not even inquire about the cost of that. Plumb Medics provided me a second opinion. Their employee Sean did the initial inspection and assured me that this was not needed. This put me greatly at ease. The next day the owner called me and recommended Patriot Leak Detection for pinpointing the location of the leak in order to minimize the extent of the excavation which I did. After Patriot's performed the markout, Plumb Medic returned with a crew of 4. It was hard digging. The pipe was located over 5 feet below the surface. The first two feet were as hard as concrete. However, nobody complained. These guys were totally focused on completing their mission and they did it. I need to add that Patriot accurately identified the leak location. Overall, my impression is that Plumb Medics fixed this severe problem in the most efficient and economical way possible. I am super glad that I chose them.

They came out on time. Did a nice and neat job of installing the system and cleaned up afterwards. The guys were friendly and got the job done in a good amount of time. Going to keep their number for future plumbing work.

Plumb Medic gets all As for everything but cost. They were highly responsive, professional, punctual, and came out in the snow. My issue is cost. I totally understand that plumbers are paid by the hour and that they have to charge a fee simply to come out to the house, but they charged $140 for a 3-minute repair to replace a flush valve seal. That's excessive. Lesson learned--always ask about price on the phone before engaging a plumber (or any service professional).

The plumber showed up promptly with an assistant but rushed through the job. The leak in the spout was not fixed. Had to report the issue and get him to come back to complete the work. He did not have the parts in his truck so had to come back in another day to complete the work. Was charged just for the parts for the second visit so that was good. Christine was very helpful on the call.

It went very well. The faucet was installed with one issue. Just make sure all I running correctly before the plumber leaves. I found the stopper was not working properly so I advised the plumber who made the necessary repair and now it works perfectly. I gave a B for promptness as the plumber was late but I did get a call advising that he would be late with an approximate time of arrival. I was pleased with this firm and would definitely use again if the need arose.

Plumber was at my house hours earlier then they originally thought they could make it on the same day I called for help. Everyone was polite and helpful and flexible about payment as I left my teenage son in charge while I was at work. They couldn't have been more helpful and reasonable. Their contact info is now in my phone!

I called 8am Monday morning the the plumber was here 11am that same day. He had to snake the drain which took about 2 hours. Problem fixed.

Joe Councillor was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and responsive. He returned phone calls in a timely fashion and provided accurate answers to my questions based on the research that I had done in advance. His team of plumbers were on time and did an excellent with the removal of the old water heater and the replacement with a new water heater. After getting other quotes, they were reasonably priced. The entire experience went smooth and I highly recommend them.

I called to get a price and was pleasantly surprised when Harry could come out within the hour. He not only assessed and priced the job, but was able to complete the job on a Friday afternoon. Because of his expertise, the job was less than originally priced. He added a shut off valve inside and corrected a potential problem.

I called at 8 am and Shawn arrived at my door a little after 10am. Nice guy and he finished both jobs in a little over an hour. I gave Plumb Medic a B rating because I thought that charging $325 for a little over an hour's worth of labor was very high. I would bring them back only after I had gotten other estimates.
