We had the old cast iron tub removed and a walk in shower installed and they completed the whole job in one day and it is beautiful. They were very professional and showed me every step of the way through the completion of the job. I would recommend West Shore Home!

They really went the extra mile to get it right after discovering some problems related to the age of the house (100 years old). While the presentation that sold us was very impressive, to see it and touch it was - WOW!

Hung Lee and Jansen installed a new bathtub and surrounding walls for the tub today. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with their work. They were very professional and cleaned up the area after the work was finished. They placed a covering over my floor and carpet when they were working. The job was finished by 4:30 pm. Thank you very much for an excellent job. I am very happy with my new bathtub and would definitely hire them again in the future.

Joe M & Aidan P were very personable, courtesy, professional. From the moment they entered my house. Their concern was that I was very pleased with everything and that I would get exactly what I wanted. They installed a New walk-in shower and when they were finished, it looked amazing. The entire process was great! They were the first company that came up when I looked up shower replacements. It seemed as soon as I send for someone to reach out for a consultation appointment my phone was ringing and the person who I spoke to was very nice. When Brexton came out for the consultation we were so comfortable with her and it felt like we know here for years. She gave us all our options and knew there product and took great pride in her company. Our search was over! We knew this was the company we wanted to replace our showerer. When the day came we were so excited! When the installers came they did not disappoint. Randy and Kevin were awesome! They both were very nice and professional and knew their jobs well. They even played with my cat Otto, who really like them, the entire time they were there. At the end of the install they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. They ensured that I understood each step and definitely displayed Customer Service DNA. Later in the installment, Jake K., and Jake M., inserted the same skillset and soft skills needed - all offering their skillset differently while educating me.
