"Update to previous review-Today the owners came out promptly to address water seepage issue occurring after new sump pump was installed and also in laundry room where original French drain had been upgraded. They also took a look at the new sump pump & adjusted to ensure check valve never comes off again which was partially responsible for earlier downgraded rating. After discussing at length, we feel confident that they will address any future issues immediately in case of emergency & everything should now be fixed. Unfortunately a very wet summer created conditions never seen before in the over 30 years we’ve lived in the house. Please ignore previous review."

"Installed a new toilet in our powder room replace the guts in two of our bathrooms put new drain stoppers in both of our tubs and fixed the leaky faucet in our bathtub. They were very prompt with responding to my request to be contacted approximately three minutes after I asked they called they were out the following day and the plumber was neat courteous very polite explained everything in great detail and made every effort to get everything done in one day which he did All work was done I was very pleased with the excellent Quality work. "Mark Hendrickson returned my call promptly, and came to my house that afternoon to look over the site and to give me an estimate and a time frame. On the day of the job, he arrived right on time and had made arrangements with another company to have my septic pumped out, prior to the repair work. Even though this was a relatively small job, Mark and his son who works with him, were professional and polite through the whole process. The cost was $300 for the actual repair and digging and $300 to have the septic pumped out. I would not hesitate to use Mark Hendrickson Excavating again, they were great to work with!"
