Great job! I have used Justin for several plumbing jobs. Each time he has been easy to schedule with, has arrived on time and is very professional.

This was a tough clog (otherwise my diy efforts would have been enough), so it took at least 3 drain snakes and about 2-1/2 hours of work to finally get the drain working again, but Justin came through for us (he refused to give up!). If you have never had your drains snaked, it's messy, so there was a bit of a mess (even after Justin did his best to clean up), but we're very happy that he was able to come the same day and do the work for a reasonable price. We called My Local Plumbing Service when it seemed like everyone else was letting us down. It had snowed a lot, our water heater was leaking everywhere, but our home warranty company didn’t want to send anyone out on a weekend. When they finally authorized us to find our own contractor, other plumbers either didn’t want to pick up the phone or flat out refused to lug an 80 gallon tank up our basement stairs and out into the snow. Justin not only picked up the phone at 7am on a Sunday, he made time to come out and even took the time to give his expert advice on a suitable replacement so we wouldn’t be in this situation again anytime soon. He looked out for our best interests, letting us know that the nearby store, who said they had two water heaters for us, was trying to sell a dust-covered floor model and a questionable customer return at full price, and gave us the option whether we wanted to try either model or not (no way!) He then went to two plumbing supply houses to try to find the model we wanted. He even argued with our home warranty company when they tried to back out of reimbursing us at the last minute, convincing them that they needed to do so. AND then he and Mike came out in the snow to make sure we didn’t go another day without hot water. On top of all that, the work Justin and Mike did is outstanding. They were clean, fast, and professional yet friendly and helpful. They were both informative in teaching us how to care for our new water heater, and we feel confident that this one will last us for a long time. We also feel confident that we’ve found a knowledgeable, trustworthy, expert plumber that will actually help us when we need it most.

Justin was quick to respond and gave me great advice, even at the beginning of the project. He also kept in communication throughout the project.

They were great to work with and got to us quickly and were accommodating with pricing and with working with us.
