Mike answered my Home Advisor inquiry about 2 minutes after I hit the enter key on my computer! I had originally wanted to replace my existing water heater with a tankless water heater but I had heard about potentially high maintenance issues with this type of heater in low water usage applications. Mike was very willing to discuss the pros and cons of the tankless water heater and ultimately I decided to go with a standard Bradford-White tank water heater as a replacement. Mike was willing to work around my schedule and completed the job on a Saturday morning in an efficient and professional manner at a fair price. Very quick response and quick handling of the pickup of the new Water Heater from the local Plumbing supply business and he assumed the warranty pro-rated reimbursement to facilitate the handling of that aspect for the 4 year old Bradford White water heater. Great job!

Mike, owner of countyline plumbing, was very courteous and professional during the installation of the hot water heater. The cost of the hot water heater replacement was very reasonable and he did a thorough job while installing the unit. The only down side was that there was a puddle of water near the hot water heater after he completed the installation that he left and I had to clean up myself. Otherwise great job.
