Our hot water heater broke and Patrick called me within 20 min of looking for a contractor he did everything he said he would without a fault. Let me tell you everything. He said he would show up on Sunday at 10:00 Am to replace our Hot Water heater. His son showed up at 9:30 am to drain our hot water heater his dad showed up at 10:00 AM on Sunday as promised. What a pleasure to fined someone with a great work ethic. A rare find these days .
