I sent him pics of the two loose siding spots and he made an appointment with me for the next day (Sunday) at 12:30pm. "Arrived promptly, very friendly and professional.  Inspected our roof thoroughly and did a few small fixes to keep it safe for winter.  He told me exactly what he found and said our roof was in excellent shape.  We recently purchased this house and wanted to find out any flaws before winter progressed any further.  I talked to him about my concerns for the trim, attic vents and skylights and he told me what could be done at a later date.  The house is OK for this winter, but I will hire him to do the extra work when the weather is better.  I appreciate his straightforward and honest attitude.
