It involved installing a natural stone “stairway,“ with landings, on two small hills. The previous contractor did not succeed. Carl assessed and knew instantly what needed to be done, gave me a reasonable price, communicated effectively, always showed up on time with his crew and, at the risk of sounding hyperbolic, did a perfect job. Every member of his crew was customer and project focused. I already plan to welcome them back for another project elsewhere on my property."

For 20 years, ECI Comfort has been designing and installing high-efficiency HVAC systems throughout Bucks County and the surrounding areas. Through our work with Unico and Mitsubishi products, we are able to install high-performance, high-velocity systems in a variety of homes, specializing in those that do not or cannot encompass conventional ductwork. We also service and replace all makes and models of HVAC equipment, deliver home heating oil, install generators and perform energy assessments. Additional contact name - Chase Musser. "ECI Comfort replaced our heat pump, which included the outside unit, inside air handler, and thermostat/control, in April of 2020. We paid competitive pricing. Our Trane system is still working like new! During our first regular servicing of the unit, the technician, Selinda Killing, found our Air Scrubber (a device to clean the air as it passes through the Air Handler) not working. That item was added to the Air Handler, free of charge, during installation. Today, the Ultra-Violet Bulb, which is the piece that does the actual cleaning in that Air Scrubber, was replaced by technician Mike Slawecki. That is working well, again! Ms Killing, Mr Slawecki, as well as the entire installation crew, in 2020, were totally professional and polite. Our Air Handler is in our attic, with not-easy-access in the master bedroom walk-in closet. The entry to the attic is 18" X 48", and everyone has handled that very small area without issue. Removing the replaced components, as well as, bringing in the new components, through that opening, was not easy. My wife and I have been quite pleased with all ECI has done for us. ECI Comfort is a first-class operation, and we would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!"

Communication was excellent …I always knew what was next, what time they were starting each day , when inspections were happening, etc. My house is 100 years old and gutting the bathroom presented some surprises but didn’t phase JRL Design! Jim even saved and rebuilt the original window and door. Also , because they expanded the bathroom and opened the wall to the next room, that whole room was restored beautifully as well.
